the staff here barely speaks to you. never say thank you. barely look at you. coffee tastes like dish water. i am done here as well. id go just about anywhere else. its pathetic. every now and then i give it another try and once again it disappoints. yesterday in fact the car in front of me must have known the person serving coffee because he sat there chatting after paying while we all behind him waited(trying to get to work at 6am) then i got to the window finally and they continued to chat while i sat there looking at my coffee thru the glass. then they finally serve you and just hand the coffee to you collect the pay and barely acknowledge you. I haven’t had any problems like the other reviewers. I go here a few times a week. The staff is fairly friendly, certainly as much as the other DD drive-thrus I go to. Always get my order right and are pretty quick.

This has to be the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. At least the one on driftway in Scituate has friendly staff when ever I go. When I go to work every day, I pass this DD where I used to get a medium iced coffee, milk and two sugars. Most of the time, the coffee would have too much sugar and taste slightly burnt. That would be fine if the people who ran the drive through weren’t miserable. Whenever I went through it would be the same thing: Speaker: what do you want?(In a very annoyed/bored tone) Me: Hi, can I get a medium iced coffee, milk and two sugar please? Speaker: anything else?(Same annoyed/bored tone) Me: No that’s it. Speaker: Pull up. I then would pull to the window where they would hand me my coffee with out a word. They never even offered me a recept. This experience coupled with the fact that the others in my area are not any better, has caused me to boycott DD and make my coffee at home.

Watery hot chocolate. Broken machines. Incorrect orders. Slow service. I am done with this location. Don’t allow me to order something and then tell me at the window that you can’t do it. It’s annoying!
