Friendly service, great beers and good food to be had at this small cozy restaurant. Went her while on business based on other Unilocal reviews. Here I was able to get away from the tourist and have a relaxing good meal while sampling lots of great beers. If your not into big scenes this is a great option.

One of the best places downtown CDA for a beer. They have a great selection and bring in many new craft beers. They are also in partner with the Collective Kitchen who has some of the best food in town. I highly recommend the Filling Station on 5th.

Appropriate sized servings of very tasty food with great beer choices. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with sweet potatoes fries. Perfect juicy burger with great taste. Best mushrooms in years! My wife had the spinach salad and for not liking spinach much myself it was very good!
They share a kitchen with the restaurant next door so this is a smaller quite option if you want a more quant option

The best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had (came with my salmon BLT, which was also amazing). Has great gluten free options (has GF marked next to half the items on the menu). This place shares restaurant with the next door. Very friendly staff, outdoor seating is friendly for dogs. I would definitely come back here when I’m in town.

Great little place! Excellent tap selection… Great food, great staff too! I had the 1⁄3 lb burger with bacon and cheddar with a side salad — very well seasoned and the salad is substantial. I had am Enjoy By IPA from stone brewery.

Awesome place! Great beer selection, menu is nice and reasonably priced with different variety to choose from. Had the California chicken wrap and it was awesome! Service also top notch. Nice place to visit when hanging out in downtown Coeur D’Alene.

This was the perfect spot for a couple of beers and dinner with my husband and in-​laws. We sat at the bar and enjoyed chatting with the owner and his son, who was tending the bar that night. They were both very engaging in conversation and very knowledgable of their beers as well as many others which they have previously had on tap. They have about 20 beers on tap and a good variety, too.
My shrimp tacos were packed full of shrimp and avocado. Their signature salad, which I ordered as my side, was so delicious! Bits of Brie and a great oil and vinegar dressing. Everyone else loved their dinner, too. Very reasonably priced. Love this hidden gem down a side street.
Because they share a kitchen with Scratch on Sherman, they share the same address. But they are actually located down 5th.

24 awesome craft beers on tap! They offer a great food menu from scratch bistro. The selection of craft beer is the best in town. They have growlers for $ 8 plus a fill price which is really good for the beers they carry. It’s a little hole in the wall but seems to be the hangout for a lot of the service industry folks. Lots of nice helpful people including the staff.

First time checking this place out. Beer selection is awesome and it seems like a cool space. However, the staff working on this night was not very inviting and was not helpful in selecting a beer. Also $ 16 to fill a growler? I can go to a brewery and nearly BUY a growler with a fill for that much.

This place is fantastic! Megan and Keith have wonderful warm personalities, and lights up this small taproom. You can order food from Scratch to be served to you in the bar, but keep in mind the kitchen closes at 9.
Beer selections are always changing, and they have something for every palette.
We make an effort to stop in and fill our growlers on the way up for camping.
