Currently waiting to be served. Seated for over 1hr and my server still doesn’t have our food ready, plus ignored our table. Asked for utensils and nothing.. . We had to get another server and ask to move our table Somewhere else where we will be noticed and get some help… wth

I’ve been coming here for ever and nothing has changed, at all. Same great food, same setup, same prices, same friendly staff, and it is always crowded. I went yesterday to get the Joe’s specials for $ 5.99. I got the ten wings and dirty rice. The wings were great as usual. Big wings! The rice was ok. I’ve had it some other times when is more tender. The fountain coke is usually really good but yesterday it was a little off. Oh well. Overall, this is a great location and restaurant.

Very rude people work here. I tried ordering through phone for pick up. They were super rude. It seems like they don’t want business.

I love flanigans, eat at this location and others very frequently, but won’t be eating at this location again! I ordered 2 burgers to go, well done, and when I got home to eat them both were very bloody, worse than rare. I called and spoke to the manager and he was very understanding and offered credit for 2 burgers at another time and I happily accepted since this was the only time I’ve had any issues at this restaurant. Just got 2 burgers again to go, well done, using the credit that the manager gave me, and this time one was very bloody(other one was fine). Undercooked food twice in row. At this point, i dont even want credit because i dont want to eat here anynore, but i tried contacting the manager to inform him as a courtesy to figure out what’s going on, but I was just on hold for a while till I just hung up. I’m not sure if its the chef or what, but I will not be returning to this location.

Me & some friends decided to go grab a bite a Friday night after our weekly meetings. When we were all throwing out names of restaurants where to eat and someone said Flanigans, We were all SOLD ! Once we got inside they told us there was a 45 min wait, I was a bit thrown off because I’ve never had to wait to eat at Flanigans. But we stayed. To my surprise 5 mins in the waiting area they called us . Once we sat down the waiter let us know we were in Happy Hour(10pm– midnight) woot woot ! Recommended the Margaritas ! Of course ! However, the waiter was extremely rushed. I didn’t like that. I felt we could never have a conversation because he would always come in and asking if we were ready. Pretty rude We asked for a round of WINGS. You can’t leave this place without the wings. But can you believe the waiter asked if we needed silverware. Well, DUH ! He brought it until we received our entrees and we had to remind him constantly. Aside from that the food was good. I got the clam chowder with a side order of a loaded potato. I’ve had better clam chowder, but I let it pass. Everyone else loved their Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. Best part however were the WINGS !

I love this place. Great food, good deals, cold beer… my sweet romantic teenage nights(for my gf at least, I was not exposed to this institution until 2005). Since then, no trip to Florida is complete without going to Flanigan’s…or is it called Piranha Pats(I’m confused)?

There’s only one thing you need to know about Flanigan’s: They have the single greatest tasting Baby Back Ribs of any that I have had in my entire life. Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas, Missouri, Texas… Florida? Yeah, Florida. Who knew that the best tasting ribs you could look for would be in South Florida. It’s not even the delicious, tangy BBQ sauce that you need to absolutely drizzle all over the rack: it’s the quality of the meat. Flanigan’s has a way of double-cooking the meat that makes it so incredibly tender and the fat just renders out during the cooking. ^ That’s just about the ribs. Flanigan’s has an amazing menu, great food, wide-open seatings in the booth or bar area and really affordable prices. There’s nothing better than filling yourself up on a Joe’s Meal Deal. A salad, trio of delicious garlic-butter roles, a nice cold drink and the best ribs you’ve ever had. If you every find yourself somehow magically having room for dessert, please do yourself a favor and go for the Bonzai Brownie. You won’t regret it. Flanigan’s…the best bar and grill in all of South Florida.

When you come to Flanigan’s, you absolutely MUST order the chicken wings! It’s a very casual place, and the service is great. Everything on the menu is famous and you wish you could try it all because it sounds so good! They have also have burgers, ribs, and mahi-mahi. I’m so sad I’ve only been to this place once, but I’ve been dying to go back ever since. Our dinner consisted of ten chicken wings accompanied with salad, fries, and garlic rolls. We had iced tea to drink and they give free refills, so that’s a huge plus. Bear in mind that the portions are huge and very filling. Can’t get enough of their service! Our waiter was super awesome and very friendly! I cannot wait to go back for some more wings. I do not know what they put in them, but they sure are addictive!

We’ve been going to Flanigans at the Grove for years. It is somewhat of a family tradition. We’re here every single Wednesday. The whole family. We pack one of the big booths. We love the lively environment. Music is always playing. We, most specially my 5 year old, loves the way it is decorated, particularly for the holidays. Every holiday they outdo themselves with their decorations. Christmas, Halloween and St. Patty’s, the decorations are great. The chicken wings! We recently moved to Orlando and I can tell ya that I’ve yet to find a place comparable to Flanigans. I crave their chicken wings every week. My family continues to go every single week down in Miami. When we come down to visit, I plan my whole stay around being able to go to Flanigans once or twice during our shirt visits. Lemon Pepper Tilapia is my husbands favorite dish. The Baby Back Ribs are delicious! The Rib Rolls and nachos are fantastic. Get a Joe Meal Deal! I miss you Flanigans. Please open shop somewhere in Orlando.

This is my first visit to this Flannigan’s & I really enjoyed it. The bartenders, Reggie & Royce, were very courteous & professional. You can’t beat their happy hour. Ever! Monday-Friday from 4−7pm; 9pm-2am 7 days per week; and 11am-7pm on weekends! Also, you will get food for free if you buy a pitcher of beer. We ordered wings with hot-n-garlic sauce & they were bomb! Will come back for sure.

Oh. i love flanigan’s… there was a wait for tables though… maybe it was because it was halloween… but the food was pretty good… we go the tumbleweed fries MMMM and also that chicken strips with garlic on them– get that! we got bleu cheese as well and we got that fish paste dip… that i thought was okay– fishy tasting by my friends like it. It was HH all day this halloween which was cool! Earlier in the day I got the shrimp app which was good, but very seasoned. so get some rice with that which is what i did. Service is slow as others have said. so prepare…

We went here yesterday and had a great time. We stayed there quite a bit since we wanted to watch some sports and they had two happy hours! 4 – 7, and think the other was 9 – 12. This place also stays open till 4:30 am. The service was great. If I go back I will remember the bartenders name. He was a big guy and he was the one I liked the most. He took care of my friend and I after the first shift had left. I met a completely diverse group of people here. All ages! Very interesting. The food was delicious too. We had a salad which was fresh. We had peel and eat shrimp which was also yummy. They serve them cold over ice. Then we had Tuna steak later cooked medium well and that was delicious. We shared it since we had already shared an appetizer. A guy let me taste his wings and they were good too! The best part is its a good portion for your money as well. They have lunch and dinner specials so read over menu thoroughly if u like to save money. I have a feeling we will go back again before I head home tmrw. We also enjoyed the music that they played. Lots of TV’s too. This place stayed packed all night. Parking looked limited so arrive early(like 3) lol we did and left at 11pm.

This place is a hot spot, any night of the week, it seems. We went on a Wednesday evening after 9 and still had to wait 10 minutes for a table! Service was friendly and funny throughout the visit. Not much on beer choices, but I found it hilarious that they put ice in plastic bags and put it in the beer pitchers– that was a first for me! I didn’t eat, but heard food around the table was great! I ordered a mojito and loved it. Prices were right for drinks too. Definitely enjoyed my visit here!

My friends wanted to celebrate that one of my friend’s wife came to visit the area and we wanted to find a place with cheap drinks and food. For this reason, we chose Flanigan’s. We arrived there at 9pm on a Friday night to eat dinner. The place’s atmosphere was very divey with bunch of loud and rambunctious people. We then proceeded the to the server and realized too late that the wait was INSANE. The server kept telling us around 20 – 30 minutes so we decided to get drinks at the bar. However the we actually waited for 2 hours. This wait was just too much for extremely hungry people who haven’t had dinner. They should learn how to estimate time better. A redeeming quality about this place is that the drinks were cheap. Beers were like 3 – 4 dollars and my cosmo was around 5 dollars. It was all 50% off at the time. We were having a great time waiting for our table until some drama happened. So my friend just recently moved here and he didn’t realize his license just expired. The first round of drinks, he bought, not realizing about his license problem. He kept a tab open because man, we knew we were gonna waiting a long time since our number was 93 and they were only on number 80. The second round of drinks he went to order, the bartender then asked again for his ID. She then charged his card again and was giving him the drinks until she realized about his expiration status. She then said she cannot serve him the drinks. The rest of us got our drinks but our bartender took away my friend’s drink. Which would of been fine except she would not refund him his drink. She kept saying that he already paid for it and then dumped the beer right in front of us. We were livid!!! Never had I had such bad costumer service as this. The bartender then called security on us when there were other people who were smashing cups, making a mess, and fights, yet she called it on us because we disagreed with her. The manager, who is the only reason why I give it two stars, took care of everything. She refunded my friend, seated us immediately, and gave us a free appetizer. By the time we got to our table, we were so unhappy with the situation and were still very dissatisfied. However, it did not help that we had an extremely rude waiter too. I do not know if he was just rude because he thought we were not going to tip him well because we were so upset or that was his overall nature. But he wouldn’t even let me order. He just kept leaving. After he came back for like the third time, I got to order the blackened tilapia sandwich, which was the speciality of Flanigan’s(the tilapia). To me, the sandwich was good except the tilapia was a tad salty. We promptly left Flanigan’s after we all ate because we were tired of our rude treatment there. Never again will I come back to this location. The food and drinks may be a great deal, but customer service is such a huge thing for me. The place does not have to be fancy. Just have good service. The reason why we have tip in the first place is that we expect our servers to give us good treatment. If not, why should we even tip. Even though, our waiter was rude to us. We still did tip him a little less than 15% which he actually should deserve 0%.

So this is pretty much an awesome go-to spot if you just wanna hang out with friends and grab a bite, or two, to eat. They have daily specials and pretty good happy hour. I really only come here for the ribs, as in my opinion, they are some of the best in Miami. And if you pair it with the Joe’s Meal Deal which includes Garlic Rolls, Drink and a Caesar Salad(which is delicious), then you can’t really go wrong. You will be more than satisfied and leave more than happy. There Tuna And Chicken Caesar Salads are also pretty good. Their wings aren’t too shabby either, especially on Wednesdays when you get them free with every pitcher of beer or soda you order. Happy eating!

This Flanigan’s is a cool place to hang out and have some drinks. We sat in the outdoor area where they were able to accommodate our party of 8. Our server was really nice and was able to put a soccer game on one of the TVs for us. Even though the restaurant was busy, our server was very attentive and would check in with us constantly to make sure we were doing good on drinks.

We were in town for a sail trip. This place was walking distance to our hotel. We got there at 5:15pm. We didn’t get to our table until 6:30pm. There were open tables but I guess the kitchen couldn’t keep up. Honestly, if we knew the area better and had a car we would have left. We had my 80 year old father with us and didn’t want to walk else where. The host were extremely unprofessional. Once we did finally got seated the waiter was ok. The food was ok. They have some meal deals. My father got the ribs. My husband got the shrimp pasta. I got the roasted chicken. Nothing special but fine for a quick meal in walking distance to the hotel. The outside portion of the restaurant is way quieter than the part with the bar. If we are back in the area we wouldn’t come back. The food wasn’t worth a return visit and then the host confirmed we do not need to return.

Ummm… It was exactly what you would expect from a Sports Bar, specially on a Saturday night. It’s was busy, loud and some how chaotic. The food was just average and the service just ok. With that being said… It’s flannigans, not Prime 112: P It’s just a place for you to enjoy a cold one, maybe watching The Heat play ;)

Lo único malo de este sitio es el aparcamiento ya que es muy difícil porque siempre esta lleno. Un lugar excelente para ver los partidos de fútbol americano mientras disfrutas de una auténticas costillas y una cerveza bien fría.

This was one of the first businesses I reviewed on Unilocal back in 2008. I’ve been back here a handful of times since, and I guess it’s time for an update. To be frank, though it’s been 6 years since I first reviewed this Flanigan’s location, it’s not changed much, and all the comments from my first review are still valid. The primary change is that, rather than this Flanigan’s having a liquor store in the front and the bar/restaurant in back, the liquor store has now moved next door and this entire building is now taken up by the bar/restaurant — most of the former liquor store location is now an expanded dining area. I came here with a friend on a recent Tuesday evening at around 6:15 for dinner. When we first arrived, there was a World Cup soccer match just ending, so every table and bar stool in the place was taken. However, within about 5 minutes after our arrival the match was over and the place cleared out pretty quickly, opening up a table for us. Both of us ordered one of the specials that are in effect from Sunday — Thursday. I had the 10 piece chicken wings with fries, a salad and bread with garlic butter and a Sprite. My friend ordered the same, but he had the ½ chicken. These meals are a very good value(everything I had came to $ 15.11 before gratuity), but WOW, is there a lot of food. Actually, the salad was so large that I could’ve nearly filled up on that, along with one of the pieces of bread alone. The wings were good, but definitely not the best I’ve had, were a bit dry and I really wasn’t thrilled with the squirt bottle of BBQ sauce that was available on the table. Maybe we’re becoming spoiled by all the proper BBQ spots in the area that offer 3 or 4 different bottles of sauce to select from, but to me, the sauce provided here at Flanigan’s was not great. Service was very good and attentive on this night.
