We are committed to bringing out the uniqueness of students through the art of dance. Our goal is to create well-​rounded dancers with a strong background in ballet. The school provides students with an environment that promotes confidence, creativity, camaraderie and the joy of dance. Students start their dance training with one class a week, and gradually progress to more classes. Students focus on improving alignment, strength, flexibility, coordination and style. All students advance on an individual basis, according to their ability and motivation.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Doris Noriega graduated with honors from New World School of the Arts, where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance. She received her earlier training with the director of the National Ballet of Peru. In 1982, she received her Teaching certificate in dance from the School of the Hartford Ballet, since then she has taught dance in the United States and abroad.

Doris R. Noriega is an ABT Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 7 and partnering of the ABT National Training Curriculum. Ms. Noriega has trained with Finis Jhung, David Howard, Wang Shao Peng, Judith Newman and Tina Santos, among others. She has taught classes at the School of Hartford Ballet, and at several other dance schools in the United States and in her native country Peru. In addition to her teaching, she has performed with several dance companies in the United States and Peru.
