Our pool is still not completed and it will be a year come March, we are having the same issues as Colleen who wrote a review! Horrible so far, they don’t return calls and we spent about 40k. Colleen if you get a lawyer let me know, maybe we can get together and file a class action lawsuit! I’m over them and their excuses!

The experience with this company has been horrible. Our pool was finished in April 2015 we spent 50K, we have a 1 year warranty, and too many issues to name yet to be fixed… To name a few: We’ve had a leak in the main drain (which requires a total redo to fix), sink holes under many of the tiles on the patio, broken lights, broken tiles, our remote doesn’t operate the switches properly, and NONE of these issues have been fixed. We have been VERY patient considering it’s now November 2015.
Richard was great when the project began, and very responsive, but now that the job is ‘done’ and there’s a ton of issues he doesn’t return calls or texts. Bruce (the owner) FINALLY called us back a couple weeks ago and said the issues would be taken care of by the time my family was in town for the holidays… Well, my family is here and our pool isn’t fixed and no one has returned a text, phone call, or email.
We hope not to have to hire a lawyer, and that Skyler will turn this experience around, but so far it’s been a very unfortunate experience.
