Sloppy job. My boyfriend ended up waking up halfway during surgery to get his wisdom teeth removed. Two weeks later he complained he still had some pain and bleeding. We took a closer look and ending up pulling a piece of broken tooth from his gum over a half inch long that was left behind.

I saw Dr Z. What an awesome dentist! Integrity is what I look for in a dentist. There are a lot of bad dentist with deceitful practices in the area. Gentle Dental’s entire team was very professional. Dr Z. was honest, down to earth, and provided clear explanations. Pam G is a sweetheart and a great hygienist! If you fear going to the dentist, this is your place. You will appreciate a great team that will make you feel very comfortable.

Gentle dental has been a huge problem for me and my family. We recently moved to
Florida to find out only a select few dentists cover our insurance. We call over 3 weeks ago to make an appointment and did just that. My wife has been in severe pain and we called to see if we could get a sooner appointment. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and had no regard for a potential new patient. She said that the office was closed on Friday as we come to find out that was a fallacy. This was the most unprofessional experience that we have ever has with a so called «Dentists office.» Our appointment has been canceled due to their negligence. Ridiculous thing to endure while enduring endless pain of dental problems. I would rather work on my significant others teeth then let her to go
This half of a dentist that probably studied in the Bahamas anyway. Kudos to them by turning away thousands of dollars in revenue just because of shotty operators. Which do not work at the actual office by the way!!! STAY AWAY

Same problem here. My wife went in and they told her that she had to do a special cleaning procedure that wouldn’t be covered by my insurance. We are supposed to get 2 free prophylaxis cleanings per year, but they refuse to do this type of cleaning, opting for one that would cost us $ 95 dollars. They were also very rude and acted offended that I wanted to get a free cleaning. I’m going to look for a dentist that treats people like humans, not oil fields to be extracted.

The Dentist is RUDE! My daughter cried and my 14yr old son says his dentist is like a drill sergeant. It’s imperative for anyone working with children to be patient and most importantly know how to receive and work with children! In addition, to the lack of a chair side manner, there’s always an issue with the charges, balance due etc. I will no longer utilize Gentle Dental as the dentist as well as their prices are anything but gentle.

The worst place I ever visit… The WORST! This company hire the most inept, incompetent, front office staff who do not truly care about your dental health. I was very disappointed! In addition, this office overcharged me and didn’t explain the reason. Compared to the price in other places, this place charged me the highest. They told me that I had to pay them first and I then could claim from my insurance company. What a pain! I have paid them $ 800 out of my pocket so far! Super expensive and not reasonable! If I look for a dentist, this place is the last place I will go. Finally, based on my experience, I have to wait for an average of 1 hour at the front desk before I can see any dentists there. Believe me! DON’T GO THERE!

I am always greeted as soon as I walk in. Everyone is so pleasant and ready to help. They even called me to tell me there was an earlier appointment available for my daughters cleaning. I just really appreciate all the dedication the entire staff has towards making the visit to the dentist a great easy experience.
