Our menu is mixture of Latin, Italian and Worldwide food, giving a special touch to each of our dishes.

Specialties:

— Colombian Burger: 8oz Ground Beef Sirloin, lettuce, tomato, bacon, potato chips, fried egg, ham, pineapple, cheese, french fries, 3 sauces of the house, with french fries or salad on the side.

— Beef or Chicken pinchos (Kabob): 8oz of beef Sirloin or Marinated Chicken cooked on a Skewer with french fries or salad on the side.

— Cuban Sandwich: 8oz Roasted Pork, pickles Swiss cheese, ham, mustard, with french fries or salad on the side.

— Veggie Burger: 7oz grilled and ground Veg., Wheat Roll, mix-​greens, tomato, onions and french fries on the side.

History

Mobile Culinary Kitchens brings a vast menu to food truck events all over Florida. The menu brings the Colombian street food mix into the South Florida market and his colorful food truck is just the tip of the Latin culture behind Mobile Culinary Kitchen. The truck was even featured in a LeBron James commercial for Samsung phones.

Business Owner

Chef Eloy Palacios, a classically trained chef who studied abroad in Aruba for 4 ½ years and Holland for 1 ½ years where he graduated from culinary art school, who has owned 3 restaurants with gourmet kitchens in Florida and has been employed as chef or sous chef in more than 10 restaurants and hotels like Marriott, Wyndham, Trump Sonesta and Westin Diplomat to name a few. His 25 years plus in the culinary world and his experience now comes to the mobile world of food trucks. His menu brings the Colombian street food mix into the South Florida market and his colorful food truck is just the tip of the Latin culture behind Mobile Culinary Kitchen. The truck was even featured in a LeBron James commercial for Samsung phones.
