One of the best experiences that I have ever had with a service company in South Florida! My scheduled time was 10:00am but due to nasty weather, Chad called to inform me that he was running a few minutes late. Chad came to my apartment at 10:10 and was incredibly professional the entire time. His honesty was something I valued as he originally quoted me $ 159.00 for the job I described. When he looked over my apartment, he pointed out all the areas that did not need to be cleaned and brought the price down significantly. He was able to remove all the stains (even the pet stains) which totally surprised me. You might be skeptical of the method of cleaning at first but trust me (I used to be in the business myself) it was the best cleaning job ever! I would highly recommend Chad and will definitely use him again!

I HIGHLY recommend! Chad and his crew do a great job. He is extremely conscientious; always on time, explains everything and is completely honest about outcomes for problem issues.
The carpets and upholstery came out fantastic. He makes sure the areas are cleaned up as they go along and is always professional and courteous.
He responds to phone calls and emails (which is rare with some businesses). If you want an honest company that does a great job, call Chad at Heaven’s Best!

I recently had my carpet cleaned using Heaven’s Best. It was an excellent experience with a great result. From scheduling the service, to Chad being right on time, we were off to a great start. Chad was knowledgeable, very conscientious in my home, super courteous and best of all my carpet is beautiful again! He was able to remove some stains that I had doubts about. So I am now enjoying freshly cleaned carpets. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Great customer service, very fair pricing. All around great business!
