She listens, NOT pushy, and down to earth, exceptionally great. We got lucky that she answered the call when I found the car online and had the car ready for us to come see. I went in to get an oil change for my Mitsubishi Eclipse around April and received a call that my dashboard needed to be replaced. Thankfully it was under warranty and they said it would be here in a week. I received no call that the part came in and when I called a couple of weeks later I was told the part was sent back and had to be re-​ordered. They told me they tried calling but had the wrong number, so I corrected it (I’ve ALWAYS gotten calls telling me my car is ready to be picked up from my oil changes). A month later I called to check on the status and was told it wasn’t ordered and they will have to order it… A month after that I was told that it was on back order because of some US manufacturer issue and they had no time frame when it would be in. Me and my wife had called several times over the next few months and received different answers and reasons from each person we spoke with. During my next oil change I asked about the status of the part and was told «Oh, it’s available, I’ll order it and it’ll be here in a week», so I made an appointment and came in… only to find out I was lied to and the part was never ordered because «It was on back order».
The dashboard got worse, rattled like crazy while driving (seriously, it was loud and constant), and was coming off so much that it obstructed the passenger side airbag. No one seemed to care at Mitsubishi.
This all started in April and on October 27^th my wife called about the status of the part and she was told they had it sitting in the store for 6 WEEKS. No one called, again, to let me know the part was in. We’ve made sure they’ve had my correct number countless times, but they always seem to have the wrong one (except for when they call me when it’s time to pick up my car from an oil change.).
I went it, spoke with Mike C., who is apparently some type of service manager we were told, and I was set up with a loaner car while they repaired mine. I was shown no sympathy, received no apology, and was pretty much treated like nothing had happened.
I can accept if a part is on back order, but I cannot excuse the fact that I was never called when my part came in the first time, was given multiple answers from multiple people as to where my part was, was told they had the wrong phone number even though I always get called after oil changes, and last of all I cannot excuse the fact that my part… that took 6 months to get to me… was held there for 6 WEEKS without letting me know.
The worst part about it is that I’ve been waiting to get this car fixed this whole time so I can sell it. The only car that I’m remotely interested in right now is a Veloster Turbo… which they sell… but it would take an amazing deal for me to even consider going back to this place. They show no professional courtesy and it has sickened me to the point of never wanting a Mitsubishi again. I cannot stress enough that no matter how wonderful a sales person my be while you’re looking for a Mitsubishi here… you’re only going to deal with the terrible service/​parts people afterwards and that clearly don’t care about the customer.
Guess I’ll be looking at a Veloster elsewhere.

Mark Evans is the best Service Advisor. He calls you back no matter how busy he gets and, trust me, he is very busy there! But I can always rely on him if anything goes wrong with my car.
Michael Colon is the best in sales. He will find you the car that you like and you can afford! No selling tricks and no pressure. He is just good at what he does — HELPING people find the right car!
You are in good hands with these guys. Everyone is super friendly and efficient!

I went to the Coconut Creek Automall at the end of April with a family friend and was very impressed with the care she was given with her inquireing and purchase of a new vehicle. I went back myself a few days later and asked the same salesperson to help me… I felt he was very professional and also felt like a friend walking me through the big decision… I ended up getting the car of my dreams and know that without his expertise it would not have happened… his name is Phil Rault and would highly reccommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to look him up… he is a 5 star employee at this dealership… he impressed me with his knowledge and caring for the customer!!!
