What a great disappointment. I called in 2013 and hired Bruce and Robin after being assured that they could help my miniature poodle regarding his possession aggression. Bruce scared my dog so I was uncomfortable with that strategy so I only used his wife. Robin helped me with some of the minor requests but it soon became apparent that my dog was not going to get much assistance with possession aggression since the strategy they wanted to use was not applicable. It appeared that there was no creative thinking of different approaches on their part. I hadn’t used my four visits for $ 500 but I saw no reason to call them again until 2014 when my dog went deaf from ear drops and I asked for help in dealing with having to retrain him using a collar or some other technique. Well, I received little help as they said they had no experience with deaf dogs. I explained that they must have trained older dogs, must have more experience than I and must have more resources to find guidance then I, especially since I had spent a lot of money and still had visits left. She referred me to someone in Orlando as if they would be willing to help me over the phone. That company didn’t respond. After stating she was going away and would call me when she got back, I didn’t hear from her nor do I believe I would have heard from her ever again. I pursued and she finally spoke to me. I explained my frustration at the lack of help and the appearance of her not doing any research in their profession to assist me. She asked what I wanted. I said if there was no effort to help me and no positive resolution to the initial contract(I wouldn’t have hired them except for their assurance they COULD help), a partial refund would be the least they could do. Robin said she would discuss with Bruce and get back to me. In the back of my mind, given their poor responsiveness I wondered whether she would or not. On Mar 24, I sent an email since it had been a week. On Mar 26, I asked again and mentioned the lack of response. On Mar 29, I stated that I could only assume that I was being ignored on purpose. Today is Apr 11, still no response or contact. To not even respond is poor customer service(in my opinion). I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.
