I got the Ahi Tuna club. It was so good. My husband ordered the fried oysters. He enjoyed his food as well. The wait was a little on the long side but well worth it. It has a great local feel to it. Something we were looking for considering we might move into the area.

Ordered the«grilled» crab cakes, cauliflower mashed and Cesar salad. The crab cakes were dry and didn’t look as though they were actually grilled. More like pressed with a clothing iron on both sides. At $ 14 this entrée was a huge disappointment. The cauliflower mashed was OK. Nothing special. Not too flavorful. The Cesar salad was on point. I was there on Wednesday night. Dollar beer draft night. That was definitely cool. They have a pretty good selection of draft beers. All of which are a dollar a piece from(I think) 6 to 9. The bartenders are really nice and attentive. I prolly won’t ever eat there again but I will go back for the beer.

Awesome grill. Was in the area, worried we wouldn’t be able to find a good, quick place to grab a bite; we were surprised with Norman’s! Grabbed our drink order in 30 seconds, our food was out in less than 10 minutes. All American burger with seasoned fries was«sooooooo good» and the Blackened Mahi sandwich was amazing! HUGE filet for only $ 8.99! Sweet Potato chips with horseradish sauce is a MUST. Sweet, savory, perfection! Will be back again soon.

I’ve never had a bad meal at Norman’s, and I’ve eaten there at least 100 times. It can get loud, and it’s a bit of a dive, but the service is always friendly and usually prompt. I love their wings, oysters, wraps and pretty much everything on their menu. They’re not fancy, nor do they pretend to be.

Just kinda disappointed. Went here assuming it’s a great place eat because of its location. That, in itself may be the downfall. Complacency can destroy a business… Staff was watching the UEFA cup match… there was a traffic jam at the only pos system. The entire restaurant needs a serious face lift, I feel due to the convenient location. Don’t get me wrong, the people love this place… it’s just not appealing if you go into the back area. Looks like a cave… and the spaghetti cabling behind the bar… hmmm. Really, what was the boneless chicken wings, seemed like the far was removed from the flats of bone in wings. Sauce was good by the way., who’s is it? I’m just disappointed… as I expected more. Sorry…won’t be back…

The drinks were great! The service depends on who you get. My food was cold and had to be sent back. It returned minutes later really hot but chewy instead of crisp. The rest of the group said their food was ok. Drinks were awesome, they made a great Bloody Mary! We did have to wait a long long time though for service, drinks, and food.

This is my favorite restaurant to go to any day of the week. Watching football games, or just getting some dinner after work. I always get wonderful service. One of my favorite servers is Ryan! But don’t get me wrong they are all awesome. The food is great. If you aren’t sure on what to get, always ask the server they will definitely guide you into the right direction!

A friend recommended Norman’s because I was craving oysters. We walked in and were prompted to seat ourselves. We sat by the many televisions so my husband can watch sports. We were greeted in decent time. Desiree was really good. She told us the beer specials, but failed to mention the Voodoo bucket that they have. Another server told me about it, so I ordered that. I ordered a dozen raw oysters, of course, then the ahi tuna appetizer as my entrée with a side of mashed cauliflower. It was all delicious! The oysters were not too small, in fact, two of them were really huge and they gave us a baker’s dozen. My tuna tasted good, but the white flesh got stuck in my teeth. My daughter gave me one of her bacon-wrapped shrimp and they were tasty. I was going to give a 3, but i liked the service. I was expecting horrible service, but they surprised me.

Unilocal’d a raw bar and was recommended here. $ 40 for oysters and there was zero meat — just a runny mess. Returned them. Manager admitted they have been bad. They should have said something. Shame on them for serving such crap with no problem charging premium. THAT is the reason we will never return. Bad oysters I get. But sell cheaper or warn — most oyster bars will do that! Ps. Our waitress was friendly and efficient.

Have been before and always had a pleasant experience. However, today I went to lunch, was by myself and sat at the bar. It had just opened, so all the girls stood there and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked about her boyfriend getting into a fight at a bar with some other guy an f this and talked and f that. And then more talking. She was louder than the music. She loved to here herself TALK!!! I had enough and left. To the owner: When folks go to lunch or dinner, the last thing you want to hear CLEARLY is a staff member with her trailer trash mouth going on like a motor boat stuck on high. People want piece and quite to relax and regroup… wanted to have the chowder, but my head was going to explode.

Great place! Atmosphere was mellow and enjoyable on the outdoor patio. Ryan, our server, was fabulous and was very knowledgeable about the menu seeing as we were from out of town and hadn’t heard of some of the dishes. Great service — we’ll hopefully be back!

Even though I was disappointed at the ‘raw bar’ selection this place was quaint. Definitely a spot for the locals! The staff was nice, but not very knowledgeable about food preparation! We had a massive shellfish allergy and ordered something from the fryers that we were told weren’t cross contaminated but ended up being so, so had to take the food away. But she may have been training we didn’t know for sure! The oyster Rockefeller was great and so was the alligator!

It’s definitely a 3-star joint with potential to the upside. Good location on the edge of Cocoa Village, where parking is better. Packed parking lot on a Friday night which is what my wife and I look for in a new place. Our first visit. Fried oysters are tender and cooked just right. Highly recommend. Just know if you are not used to eating much fried food, this is the real deal. Not cooked in good oil and you may chase-it later. Grilled naked wings was another hit. Sweet-hot BBQ sauce was perfect. Wings were just a bit caramelized on the outside and not dried out. Interesting sides for a beer-joint including really good sweet potato fries and smashed cauliflower. It’s a weird atmosphere. They cram a band way in the back. It’s like 2 separate restaurants. Chairs are most uncomfortable on earth and one-wiggle short of dropping my ass through the chair. Plenty of TVs but low quality. It was Sweet 16 night of NCAA basketball tournament and they didn’t have the game on. Beer prices are real good and cold, but my Amber Bock was flat. Not good beer or wine choices; shot and a(cheap) beer crowd. Good value and service was solid: wings, 2 beers each on happy hour and 2 entrees was just $ 42 that included a 20% to a cute, smiling server. Like I said, potential to the upside. But it’s a beer joint with good food. Depends what you are looking for. I liked it and would go back if I were close, but wouldn’t seek it out.

We stopped at Normans while we were on vacation. Spent the night in Coco Beach while waiting for our cruise to depart. We did have a good time, but we’re looking for local seafood and I’m not sure that what we got. Definitely a restaurant/sports bar. It was Super Bowl Sunday so we needed a spot where the man could watch the big game. This it was indeed. Large TVs everywhere. Our service was great. Server seemed a little busy, but he did have quite a few tables. Started with the clam chowder. It came from a can. Wasn’t bad, tasted like Campbell’s. We shared the grilled crab cakes with mashed cauliflower and the shrimp basket with Fries. Grilled crab cakes were actually pretty good. Our server did not recommend them fried. Said they come out a greasy mess. The mashed cauli need to go. They literally tasted like chopped up microwaved steamed cauliflower tossed with parsley for presentation. No seasoning. I was expecting a lot more. The shrimp basket was filled with greasy small imported fried shrimp. They could do much better here.

Terrible service. Walked in sat down at 210. Restaurant was not busy. Many servers and bartenders looked our way but never received a menu or a drink order. Waited 15 minutes and finally left. Walked by two waitresses talking and neither said a word. It was my first time here and it will definitely be my last. If I could give a 0 I would.

The food here is decent for sure. It’s a local spot in cocoa but I’m not so sure about the service. When we sat down, we had to wait about 5 – 10 minutes before a member of the wait staff came by to greet us. Not the worst part… We put in our order and had to wait 40 minutes for our food when the restaurant was pretty empty. Pretty unacceptable as my coworkers and I were on the clock.
