I love this place. Veteran owned and operated. They do a wonderful job every time. Other places charge extra for bug removal, it’s included at this place.

Wow, have an issue like a smeared windshield. Don’t see it til that evening, come back the next day and the owner will bite your head off. Very aggressively, questioned me with «why didn’t you come back yesterday?» I responded that I didn’t see it til night time. Owner comes across as not believing customer and starts speaking in loud voice pointing his finger in my face. Was there right after they opened and not like I had waited days. Been going here for years but no more. Mentioned to owner that I had heard similar incidents from neighbors and he just replied, «can’t make everyone happy.» May be best to just avoid this business if you want to by-​pass a potential, totally unnecessary confrontation. This is just a car wash, no need for customers to feel threatened and intimidated. BTW, paid for Platinum wash like Pamela D and feel the same way about this place as she does.

The service is not what you expect. You’ll be lucky to get someone on the phone and can’t leave a message because their voice mail box is full. We paid for the Platinum Wash, but before you pay the extra cash, you may want to consider that, if you have an SUV it doesn’t mean they’ll clean the entire car. Forget wiping down the backseat and the door insets, forget having your back vacuumed. When I called to let them know I was disappointed in their work. My dissatisfaction was in question by the lead car washer… not a sorry, not a let me see what I can do for you… just a responses of we don’t do that, so my advice is go somewhere else. Should you chose to anyway, make sure nothing is left in the car you need that can be vacuumed up, because they’ll suck it up without even looking. Not the type of service I’d expect for Platinum… you’re fooled if you think you’re getting the best.

I was just there (June 30, 230pm) These guys are tops. Reasonable prices, and very hard workers. I had been going to another car wash… but no more. This place is the one I will continue to give my business. My car is absolutely cleaner than ever… inside and out!
