During my service I suffered a traumatic brain injury. Sometimes, especially under stress, I have a hard time communicating with others, among other problems. I needed repair work done on my car. I went to a garage in Satellite Beach, and when they noticed my problems, they made it clear that I wasn’t welcomed. A Purple Heart meant nothing to this place. I spoke with a police officer asking him if he knew a garage that would accept those with a traumatic brain injury and who would understand my problems. He suggested Mark’s Auto & Marine Service in Cocoa Beach. Wow, what I difference. I was made to feel very welcomed. My car broke down a short distance from the garage. They walked down the road and pushed my car to their shop. The owner, Mark, and his head service technician, Ray, put other jobs aside and worked on my car. They knew it was my only transportation as my other car, a 15 year-​old SUV, was not running. It took them less than an hour, and my car has never run so well. I am extremely grateful to this service center. I am extremely grateful to Mark and Ray. The treatment was unbelievable. I HIGHLY recommend this service center, especially to those who have served their country, whether foreign or domestic – soldier or first responder. If you want to be treated with respect and with honesty this is the place to go. Thank you so much Mark and Ray. I’ll be bringing the SUV down.
