Kratz Concrete

This is not only the best concrete contractor I found in my area, but the best contractor I have ever dealt with. After having already spoken to a few others who were taking their sweet time to get back to me, I called Kratz. He came to give me an estimate not even 15 minutes after I called, while he was already home on a weeknight! He was the only one who took the time to go over his processes and experience with me. He actually listened to me and what I wanted, where the others simply told me what they decided I needed and ignored my concerns. He showed up the very next day to do the job! That’s unheard of for any contractor! I had been waiting for months for others to even get back to me, as they were clearly not concerned with my small residential job. The best part was that his price quote was nearly half of what everyone else wanted! It’s almost a year later and both my sidewalk and barn sub-​floor have held up extremely well. I could not be more glad that I called. While I know I got really lucky with the next day service due to scheduling, this is still hands down the best contractor experience I have had to date.
