In 2006, I got my real estate license. From 2006 until December 2012 I sold real estate part time as I continued to manage the bookstore with the help of my incredible staff. In the fall of 2012 it was time to close The Master’s. From December 22, 2012, I went from part time to full time Realtor® and real estate investor.

Sales and business have motivated me, Tammy Garner, for as long as I can remember. From a very young age I remember getting excited when I had the opportunity to sell something, from Girl Scout cookies to the kits I carried door to door to peddle wares for various fund-​raisers in school. From lemonade stands to car washes to generate income — I loved them all. I enjoyed the people and the process as much as I enjoyed setting and meeting financial goals. I was raised by hard-​working parents who farmed, as well as owned and ran a farm implement business. They taught me to value hard work and to love business, and it stuck from my very first job after high school. In 2006, I got my real estate license. I love my job of helping people finding their new home, relocate to a new city, or sell their current home for a new chapter in life!
