Came in the store this evening for some stuff to clean my car. Two of the customer attendant was helping other customer on the counter top and there was a women waiting in front of those two next to be helped. I stood behind her next ready to be check out. One customer left and the women in front of me went to the clerk and I was next. Another women came in and stood behind me so it appears to be a line now from i to the women behind me. Another customer came in and instead of waiting inline for service he went to the front desk. The assistant manager came out, and saw us two standing in line waiting to be served turned to the guy and helped him, assistant manager went out to the aisle with the guy grab the stuff he needed brought him back to the front and continued to check him out. I was like«WTF, I’m already waiting here for five mintue waiting to be checked out with my stuff.» Once that guy was done he then disappeared into the aisle and came back he notice the line is now piling up but didn’t care. One of his clerk was asking him to help with managers thing on the computer and the assisntant manager didn’t even bother the clerk look frustrated. Wow, I finally got help not by the assistant manager but from the clerk because he was waiting for the assistant manager to override something and he saw me waiting for a long time. People like this assistant manager shouldn’t be working in a setting like this if it deals with customer service. Because it’s a example of customer neglection and poor customer service.

The guy was very helpful. I went in for a gas cap and when he looked up my make, model and year, he found that the company had changed the style of cap halfway through that model year. Like two seconds later he had both of them right in front of me. I asked if I could try them both on my car and he was totally cool with it. High marks in my book for catching something others might have overlooked

Went in for a quick errand. Logically organized store. Good variety. Three kinds of Honda power steering fluid. The guy at the counter gave me some good advice about how to re-attach my sagging ceiling fabric. All in all, a good store with helpful employees.
