New Image came highly recommended by some friends so we gave them a chance to come look at our project. From beginning to end they we timely, professional and extremely customer service friendly. The pool was 25 years old so it needed a lot of work. New Image did a great job. Pool was done on time and looks better than it did new. I would highly recommend them.

They did an amazing job and finished fairly quickly with great quality work. From the beginning to the end of the process it was smooth and hassle free.

There’s always uncertainty when you try to reach out to the right company to do the work for you; we are extremely happy with their process and final finish to our beautiful pool! Just had my pool resurfaced. I added a few mosaics, shark, dolphins & a octopus. Pool looks GREAT! ! ! Would definitely recommend. All who worked on the pool were very professional.

I am very pleased with the work New Image did on our pool remodel. Lee and his crew were very professional. They were there when the said they would be and amazingly done when they said they would be.
We were demanding customers with very high standards and a couple of things did not meet our standards as the job progressed. This can happen with ANY project. The measure of a company’s quality isn’t if there are zero issues, it is how they respond to issues that arise. I could not be happier with the way they responded and hence the 5 star review.

Happy to post a positive review after New Image Pools created an amazingly functional and beautiful redesign of our existing pool. From initial meeting with Lee Jr to the first swimmable day we were kept informed about what to expect each step of the way. The kids and grandkids are loving it. I feel very comfortable in recommending this company.

We needed to re-​plaster our pool and being fairly new to the area, we had no idea who to use. We asked several friends, local pool cleaners and even stopped by a pool supply store. New Image Pool Interiors’ name came up every time and was highly recommended. We contacted them and Lee (owner) came out to meet with us. Lee was extremely helpful and patient in helping us with our pool remodel. When trying to decide on an interior pebble color, Lee took us to several homes that New Image recently worked on so that we could see in person how various colors looked. All the home owners that we met were in love with their pools and the work that New Image had done for them. It was hard to decide on a color because all of the pools he took us to were gorgeous.
From start to finish, our experience with New Image went way beyond our expectations. Their team was always neat, respectful, punctual and very meticulous. Lee was always checking on the workmanship during all stages of the renovation. It was this kind of attention to detail that impressed us as well as the whole company’s professionalism throughout the process. We usually don’t take the time to write reviews either positive or negative, but our experience with New Image was effortless and our results were so outstanding that we would highly recommend this company.
