I hadn’t been here in a while. And I was really craving some hot fries and a McChicken. But as they say, don’t go shopping when you’re hungry, well the same applies for getting fast food. Because not only did I get one McChicken, I got two. And instead of the small fries on the $ 2 for 2, I up sized to a medium. Gosh darn you McDonald’s, I came in as a hungry kid and now I’m feeling bloated! But that’s not the reason for the three star review. Yes you have great prices, and I am a huge fan of the apple pies and will be coming back… But. today was a miss. The interior was beautiful, and decorated to perfection. However, if you have such a beautiful store, keep it clean! The tables were dirty, things from other customers meals were still there, and the employees were just talking amongst each other. It wasn’t even that busy. The drive through line was minimal, and all the orders inside were taken. So, now focus on the dining area. But my order was exact, always is, that’s why I’ll always come here. But I don’t know, today it just didn’t have the same taste as it used to. Also the fries, I asked for hot and crispy… I even waited for them to come out fresh, and they didn’t. Oh well, at least you guys are way better than the other locations around town for sure! And this location in particular makes my apples pies hot ALL THE TIME! So thank you for that. Next time!

I have not been to a McDs in a while but I thought this location was among the nicest I have seen. With the bad press from their McNuggets, their stock price tanking and ceo getting replaced it looks like they are moving in a different direction. It was well managed and maintained at this new location.

I’m a regular customer here because I live nearby. This place has been very consistent with their service, which I am very amazed of. There are a few negative comments but so far for me, it’s been excellent service I’ve received. They are quick with their drive thru and consistent.

I only have one complaint, please get orders straight.
I’ve gone twice to this Mcdonalds and both times thru the drive thru, and both times something is missing from my order. I guess I trusted them to get it right one to many times. Now I pass this Mcdonalds all the time. prefer to order closer to where I live so if something is missing I can return.

Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Waited close to 10 minutes at the counter for them to even acknowledge my presence. Was the worst burger I have had in my whole life, literally had to force down the one bite I took. Needs some serious changes.

Brand-​new store I think less than a year old! Very new and modern and neat. Today when I went there I got a free sample of their new sirloin burger. I love to try something for free! Today I tried the chipotle barbecue seasoning salt for my fries. This one so far is my favorite. I hope they keep them!!!

Normal Micky’s, I only get the Filet-​o-​Fish combo.

Driving back from the south I saw signs on the freeway that said McRibs were back! Ok, ive liked those. Signs said 2 for $ 4.00. Stopped in this place and was told nope, they’re $ 2.99 here. Sounds like false advertising to me. No value menu displayed. Seems all they want is for you to buy an overpriced fat food burger. I can go to a sit down place for the prices they are asking. What happened to fat food? These prices are outrageous !! So long. It’s not healthy anyway. I give up on McDonald’s. forever.

The food tastes just like any other McD’s, but the service at the Clovis/​Shaw McD’s is dreadful.
The employees here just don’t communicate well compared to the Clovis/​Ashlan McD’s I used to frequent (the Shaw/​Clovis one is a little closer to me now). They aren’t friendly and don’t really say «hi» or «thanks» or whatever. Just robots.
But whatever. I’m not overly social, so not a big deal. The problem I have ist that this place continually screws up my orders. My last few visits: 1) ordered a clubhouse combo with beef but I got a chicken sandwich, 2) ordered a Coke with my meal but I received a Sprite, 3) ordered a plain hamburger (meat and bun only) but got a fully loaded burger (it was for my dog, so I purposely wanted it plain), 4) ordered and paid for a large combo meal but they gave me a medium drink and said it was better than a large because the large drinks don’t come with Monopoloy game pieces. And this place hasn’t even been open that long.
Ugh. And this from the drive-​thru. I’ll check the bag to see if the right quantity of food is there, but, like most people I assume, I’m not gonna unwrap everything to make sure it was made right.
I’m willing to drive the extra half mile and will go back to the Clovis/​Ashlan McD’s where, after countless visits over the past few years, I can’t recall the last time they messed up my order.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. It’s new to the area so I was really excited to see what they did with the place and ill admit it looks nice but the service left a lot to be desired. For one there was a lack of communication among the workers. Friend ordered a white chocolate mocha and then they tell her they ran out AFTER she had paid for it. My snack wrap was tiny and hardly had anything in it and the cashier had no idea what she was doing and kept messing up orders. Also when I went to the counter to ask for assistance I was greeted by no one. Plenty passed back and forth but no one made an effort to help. Customer service needed serious improvement. I won’t be back anytime soon. Better off going to Carl’s Jr across the street where you actually get your money’s worth and not waiting a day and a half to get what you didn’t order.
