wow! best facial on the planet! SERIOUSLY!!! They are so attentive, and even while your face is gently steaming, they massage your arms and decollate (sp).
The chairs barely allow you to stay awake they are so perfect! Called zero gravity chairs.
I want to come here and just rest and pamper myself!
I feel so pampered and loved while Im there.

Just took three teenage daughters in for their first facials and was shocked to have them in and out in less than 30mins for a price of $ 45 each! I understood that I wasn’t taking them to an upscale spa and wasn’t expecting that much but for the price I’m completely shocked! If $ 45 is the first time or «member» rate I would hate to see how much the nonmember rate is for a service that is barely 30mins long. Lesson learned, next time I’ll spend an extra $ 10 and take them to Muses Spa.

I have come here twice for a facial and once to buy products. All 3 times I have had a very pleasant experience! All the staff is courteous and friendly and it is a very relaxing spa. Jackie has been doing my facials and I will continue to see her for all my skin needs, she is awesome! My skin is already looking better!

Went to Facelogic today for the first time. I’m up from South Florida and decided I wanted a facial. The girl who did my facial was Kim. I have to say, it was one of the best facials I’ve ever had, my face felt so smooth and supple when she was finished. Kim is fantastic and the products she used were wonderful. I found the Spa to be professional and clean and I loved the products she used on me so much I had to purchase a couple. My next visit up here to Cleveland will definitely include another visit to Facelogic.

Any place is better than this! Not impressed with the customer service or the facial.
My esthetician Rebecca showed up around the same time I did, and seemed unprepared. During the facial, she was always getting up to get something. Poor layout with people walking through the treatment area to get to the bathroom. No screens or barriers to block from other people’s treatments, so you hear others talking and see their lights turn on and off throughout the treatment.
They keep miscalculating the balance on a gift card, and the owner Maria Embry was rude when trying to discuss the discrepancy. I was charged on my gift card for something I did not purchase on a day I was never there. She said all customers sign for their charge whether by credit or gift card; however, when I was there during this facial visit, I did not sign for my gift card charge for the facial. And she was unable to present evidence of my signature, saying it’s not in the office and she’ll have to look at home. If everything is by computer and I signed for my purchase, it should be readily available! I have never purchased their overpriced off-​brand products.
Overall, the experience and hassle of all things considered was horrible!

I have been a member for 7 years. Going to Face Logic monthly is my one luxury. I love Nikki! She has just the right touch snd my skin always looks great!

I called this morning asking to see if they have an available spot today. The receptionist said there’s one at 1:30. She ask for my credit card in case I cancel they’ll charge me $ 25 dollar for cancelation fee, I told her that never happened before (cuZ I’ve been there a few times in the past) so she said it’s ok, just call 10mins ahead of time to let them know that I’m still coming.
At 1:20 I called to let her know I was on my way. The receptionist told me everyone is booked and they don’t have time for me! I was like «I made an appointment», she said because I didn’t give her my credit card info it wasn’t guaranteed. Wth?!
I was excited after the appointment was made because today is my birthday and I wanted to pamper myself.
Oh well, there’s other salons in town… goodbye facelogist! I’ll never come back.

I’ve been a member for a year now and I have to say I love it! My skin has definitely improved and I no longer feel the need to wear gobs of makeup just to run errands.

Went in for a first time visit! Had Samantha as my aesty and she was amazing. Customer service was amazing and she was very knowledgeable on product and ingredients. She was also great in making sure to let me know what my skin needs. She didn’t push me to buy anything. The service itself was amazing. Best massage! Go to Samantha she’s amazing!

I went in for what I thought would be a one-​time facial prior to my wedding in May. I am now a member and get a monthly facial. I am hooked! So relaxing and peaceful without the the crazy prices. An affordable option that still gets me great results. I love the Eminence products they sell. Every single thing I’ve purchased has been amazing. My skin has never looked better. Scheduling is very easy and it’s a very professional setting. I see Ashley every month and would highly recommend her and Facelogic.

This was my first time going to to Facelogic and my experience was great. I scheduled my appointment with Jackie. She was very knowledgeable and informative. I could see the difference after my treatment. The extractions weren’t really that painful. I had blackheads removed and was very pleased. I would go again.

We’ve been going there for about 2 years and only recently the customer service has become horrible. The gal who answered the phone put me on hold and after I waited about 5 minutes she hung up on me. When I called back, instead of apologizing, she told me it hadn’t happened. Extremely rude. Knowing I had to give a 30 day notice, I cancelled our membership in July but I am still being billed! The last time I called I was told not to worry that August would be our last payment… I just got my cc bill and there’s a charge for September. I am so tired of dealing with these people. My advice is watch your Groupons and shop around. You can beat their price and certainly get better customer service.
I’m just sayin.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! If I could have given negative stars, I would have. I set up an appointment one week ago for their signature facial. I called today to confirm my appointment for this afternoon and the receptionist rudely tells me that no appointment was made. Instead of apologizing and checking when is the next available time they can see me, she became rude, put me and hold and hung up on me.

I have been a customer of this jewel for over a year. The service has always been super over here… this place is very cool, clean, quiet, and smells great! I usually end up falling asleep during my treatments and wake up feeling totally refreshed and invigorated!
They went through a change of ownership and got a new computer system, so I also had to complete paperwork all over again because I wasn’t in their new system… I didn’t mind. I am sure that they had to go through some some growing pains, but they seem to have transitioned over. well and the changes have been very seamless… they maintain a profile on you and try to set you up with the same lady so that your needs are met without having to have another esthetician getting to know you all over again.
They have great product lines and are very knowledgeable about those products. There is never any pressure to buy anything, but they give you advice and product suggestions based on what they see your needs are when doing your treatment.
I highly recommend that you give them a try.

I’m pretty disappointed with their services lately. I’ve been going there for years for brow wax and the occasional facial. They normally fit me right in, I have a great experience, I come home feeling relaxed.
But that hasn’t been the case my last 2 appointments. Today I called at 9:10am to see if they could get me in for a brow wax. The receptionist tells me they have a few appointments later in the afternoon starting at 2:30pm. I ask to take the 2:30, she books it and says «We’ll see you at 2:30». So since I’m a new mom, I call a family member to come over to watch my new baby so I can have a little «me time» and go to my appt. I show up 5 mins before my appt. 3 women are standing around. I fill out new paperwork because Ithey just got a new system and I’m not in there. The lady comes out and asks me «what time was your appt for» I say «2:30». She goes back to the back, a couple minutes later comes out and explains to me that she remembers talking to me, but never booked my appt. She said they don’t have any esthetician available until Sunday… today is Thursday. A brow wax takes 10 mins, I don’t understand why, since it was their error, they couldn’t squeeze me in, or ask me to come back later in the day, but to wait until Sunday. That’s super frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but good customer service is important, and there are several other places nearby that do a great brow wax. So instead, I walked 5 stores down and had Vina Nails wax my brows. They did a great job and I was in and out!
So if you’re going to go there and make an appointment, maybe make triple sure the appt is actually booked.

I just went to FACELOGIC spa in Clovis. I had the worst experience ever!!! I called and set up an appointment, Nikki was to do my facial. I was excited because I have a very important reception for the next evening. You know how your faces turns red after a deep cleansing facial. So when I arrived Nikki was not available strike one, I then was assigned to Elisa (?) she was not interested in helping me and lacked customer service skills. I asked some basic questions concerning the treatment but she seemed resentful. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, I went to change then she came to my door telling me, I had not enough time to do a complete facial. She then added «I can do an express treatment, I have a client coming at right after you.» This was at least an hour long treatment. Finally I decided to go ahead and do the express treatment but Elisa then stated that she was not comfortable helping me with the facial at all. I was in shock, dismayed and could not believe my ears. I never have been treated like this before. I am a professional with two PH D’s and expect normal customer service. NOT AT FACELOGIC!
Things escalated even more when Ashley would not allow me to speak with the manager, this was clearly beyond her ability to handle the situation in a professional manner. To add to the drama, Ashley threatened TO CALL THE POLICE which of course was not only ridiculous but extremely juvenile. They are not even deserving of one star. I have been to spa’s all over the world and this is by far the worst !!

Jackie at face logic is the best. I Purchased the peel package and I am completely happy with the products she recommended. I live In Visalia and I do not mind driving 45 minutes to Facelogic to get my peels done.

I love this place!!! I have been a member for over 2 years now and each experience is fantastic! It is more than a «facial», it is an experience. Sent the hubby for one and he felt so spoiled! Just love this place and the staff. Quite partial to Melissa who happens to do my facials. But the gals are great! Did I say I LOVE this place!!!

I had a facial today, using a gift card from a friend. I have a very hard time relaxing — and i fell asleep during a signature facial. Holla.
