AWFUL EXPERIENCE
I contracted Delta property mgt to rent out my 7 yr old 3BD/​2 BTH home because I was pregnant and was a few months from giving birth. After THREE months of having no body even sign an application I was very very worried so I started to spontaneously check in on the home with my now newborn baby, only to find that in our garage there were MANY cigarette buds, the toilet seats were lifted and there was urine all over, the carpets were now dirty!!! I had a few friends call Delta three way saying they were interested in renting this property… I was flabbergasted when I heard the Delta owner give them a scheduled viewing date of a month!!! I ended up recleaning the house and putting up a for rent sign of my own and within 1 week the house was rented and Delta was FIRED!!! DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PROPERTY!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LAZY THIEFS!!!
