I have been taking my animals to Dr. Kiem for several years now. He has been gruff at times, but always has my animals’ best interest at heart. My cat just had surgery yesterday for an infection/​abscess in his eye. He called and let us know as soon as the surgery was completed and gave us an update this morning. The cat is doing very well, BTW.
I have also used this facility to board my dog and two cats when we go out of town, and everyone seems happy when we pick them up — not traumatized. It’s not a Pet Spa — but neither is my house.
