We are never disappointed here. The Rib Eye is amazing and the wait staff are very attentive.

Disappointed. Called ahead on our way and we arrived we had a 25 minute wait — saved us about 10 minutes from a normal wait. Assumed that it was just a Friday night. It was a fair 25 – 30 wait for our table. While we waited I heard the wait time go up to 40 minutes. People were leaving instead of waiting. Couldn’t blame them.
Once seated we realized that the wait was not due to a busy night, but slow, slow order turnaround. Our order was taken within 10 minutes. We placed our full order, no appetizers. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. 45 minutes later our food arrived. It wasn’t super hot — seemed like it had probably been up on the counter enough to cool a bit. When I mentioned the wait on FB, a friend told me the exact same thing happened to them last week.
The food tasted fine, but man did I wonder about the calories. CHL does not post calories on the menu which makes you wonder. Especially when half of the items they serve come bacon wrapped. And even if it isn’t wrapped in bacon, it will be drenched in butter. My husband ordered steak with green beans and he was in agony after eating — because all of the butter messed with his lactose intolerance! My burger was a bit too pink for medium but it was fine otherwise. The kids meals were so-​so. The pizza looked like a deep dish from Pizza Hut and the Mac n cheese was really, really, really cheesy. All of this would have been acceptable except that it was expensive! $ 64 for 2 entrees, 2 sodas and 2 kids meals.
Our server was busy, it wasn’t a matter of him not working, but he was not very attentive. My soda went without refills and we had to request our bill twice. The worst part was the way he interrupted me picking up our things so he could take my plate. I find that so rude. If I can wait for you to serve me, you can wait until I’ve completed my own clean up to do yours. We had two children with us and no one offered badges or apologized for the wait when it was obvious that our kids were over it.
We left knowing that we will not be returning anytime soon. I hope management addresses their slow table turnover in the meantime.

I absolutely love the bar area, the staff is very fast and attentive. The selection of food is simple but great. If you in the mood for a steak this is the place to be plus they have so many TVs you never miss an part of the game… Like home only better

Ribs was tuff & plated poorly the clam chowder was mostly water gross. Water was dripping on us & management already knows about it & just put small pots to catch it instead of fixing it. All about Famous Daves for now on.

Had. drinks thoet. love the good ol. boy feel and those huge beer glasses wouldhave given a 5 star but they would not sell me spitoon lol
