Trying somewhere for the first time stinks if you don’t know what to expect. This place left a lot to be desired.

The staff isn’t the most warm and inviting but they do a good job. When I used to get my nails done, they always looked clean and never got nicked or anything. Recently got my eyebrows waxed there and I loved getting them done.

Love how Mai does my toes!!! This place is the only nail salon I go to for a quick pedicure. always fast service and very friendly. Go see Mai, you won’t be disappointed!

I have a horrible experience in this place! The employees are fighting and yelling to each other talking in their language. Literally fighting while doing our nails done! There is no professionalism at all. If you guys are not professionals in your work the at least be decent and mind your clients! The purpose of the spa is to relax and release tension not to acquire it! Plus I paid 64 dollars for mani and pedi! Wtf!

Love this place. I can get in quickly and my nails and toes are done. Sometimes I order an extra 30 minute massage on both my hands, arms and shoulders and feet.

I will only give it 1 star my goodness they are horrible went in for a mani gel and reg pedi and the gel on my nails came off already my pedicure was like 10 mins the lady barely cut any cuticle it was the worst ever I payed 50 dollars and they only lasted 2 Hours horrible

Mai is the absolute best with my pedicures! Almost all of my family go to her for pedis! Even my dad!

I come here because it’s close to my house and very convenient… my nails usually come out nice but sometimes they lift within a week =(not good. The owner is very loud sounds like she’s always mad… wouldn’t know cause it’s not in English. Lol. Got a pedi once got a nail fungus so never again =(

Horrible experience. First ever pedicure (girlfriend made me go with) and don’t believe it was anywhere near $ 20 I was in the chair no longer then 15 minutes and the place was quite dirty. The staff seemed to be money hungry and just trying to rush everyone through and not worry about quality. Will never return. Ever

Perfect pink and white every time. Ask for Linda. They are quick and on point.

This place is decent but definitely not the best. I’ve gone here for years because my mother is a regular. As a licensed cosmetologist myself, I know that there are a few state board regulations that are not met at this salon. For example, I will never get a wax here because I watched the manager wax my mother’s eyebrows and double dip the stick into the wax. Double dipping the wax contaminates it and is opening the door for infectious diseases to spread. The staff here is normally very nice but there is so much wrong with this salon.

I’ve been coming here for the last 7 years, mainly for pedicures. they occasionally do my hands (acrylics) when I’m in between nails techs. for the most part they do a good job but occasionally depending on who does my pedicure, the polish has bubbled. staff for the most part is very nice to me since I’m a regular here. however I think that it doesn’t look good when they are always eating in front of their customers. they should have a break room for that and also they can get very loud when they are conversing In their native language.

Awesome ladies made my nails beautiful very quickly when I needed it. Very pleased!

My mother loves this place but I think it’s because she doesn’t know any better…“Forgive her Father fore she does not know what a good pedicure is” (Matthew 3:13)
I come here with my mom every time I am back in town… it’s no where near the standards of places I frequent in Austin. Although the place is sizable and the staff plentiful I never feel like I get a decent pedi here. Considering I come here maybe 1−2x per year you’d think I’d at least have a few good ones but no go.
The place has been open since I worked at the Starbucks across the street over 6 years ago and they have yet to update or splash a new coat of paint on the place. The interior is drab, dusty and pretty tacky. They never have a good selection of colors and the staff never seems happy. I understand that Asians are a soulless people (I include myself in this statement) but I have yet to see anyone smile or converse in all the years I’ve been dragged here. I’ve also seen the owner yell at her staff and son in front of customers more than once and it’s unprofessional and uncomfortable.
The deluxe pedi is a freaking joke. They don’t even break out that cheese-​grater like tool to get the callus’s off, I did ask one time not knowing the technical name of the tool and the lady stared at me like I told her to go make out with her dad. The deluxe pretty much is a toenail trim, some cheap ass goop spread on your calves and an under 30 minute massage and color. I feel like my money can be better spent wiping my ass, it’s embarrassing. I also think letting your kids play video games on the TV’s is a little much, hook that shit up in the back because no one wants to watch your sons rousing game of Grand Theft Auto while they try to relax.
I added 1 star because the staff is pretty cool to my mom since she’s more less a regular but other then that if it was up to me I’d never suggest this place to anyone.

Great price and they do a wonderfull job on your nails. Love the massage too! Have been going there for years along with several of my family members.

One of the best pedicures in town. I’ve been going here since they first opened and have always had great results. Not much on ambiance, but the job they do is superior. I guess the word has gotten out over the last few years because they are usually very busy.

Terrible! Do not waste your money, ladies and gentlemen. First off, the place is not very clean. Unless you like being grossed out, don’t look at the walls.
Mai (I’m not sure if that is the correct spelling) did my pedicure and I walked out extremely unhappy. I had polish all over the skin around my nails. The tips of my toe nails were jagged and some of them were even cut at an angle. Believe it or not, only half of my nail was painted on one toe. Maybe she just had an off day because she was suffering from allergies (I know this because she pulled a soggy snot rag out of her pocket and blew her nose right in front of me then went back to massaging my feet) but I will not be going back there in this lifetime.

I live in Salinas and come often to Clovis/​Fresno to visit my cousin. She lives about 1 minute away from this nail salon. She and my aunt go here all the time to get their nails done. I too had an opportunity to get a manicure and pedicure here. I liked it very much, they are clean and do a good job. The prices are good as well and my manicure (acrylic overlay) and pedicure lasted at least 4 weeks. I have gone back twice and will continue to when I’m in town. I haven’t found a place yet in Salinas that does a good job like these ladies do.

Wonderful place to get a pedicure. They are reasonably priced and very clean.
