I use this company for my business and they’re phenomenal. Their customer service is amazing, everyone who has come to my store has been genuinely friendly, curteous, and professional. They’re consistently on time, and they have very high standards that they adhere to. They never leave our windows looking anything less than phenomenal. Once when Conner was cleaning our windows last year, he even offered to pause for a second to clean up a spill that a client had made while she was shopping. Today was the first time we had Jeremy come out, and he is just as friendly as everyone else that’s serviced our windows. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and amazing customer service.

Wow! I really couldn’t be more impressed. My expectations were exceeded!!! Adrian, Grant, and Marco are a top-​notch group of window washers. Their work was impeccable, thorough, and quick. Their pricing was incredibly competitive.
They washed the windows of my elderly mother’s condo with high windows. We were a bit nervous to let strangers in the house because she’d just been robbed a few months earlier. As soon as these young men walked in the door, we were put at ease. They were professional, kind, and had incredible manners. (I can’t remember the last time I was called ma’am so many times!)

I have used this company before, but was even more impressed yesterday. I called to schedule a cleaning at my Shaver Lake cabin, and they happened to be in the area so came the same day. All 3 young men were very polite and did a superb job. I really liked the wet screen cleaning, the window track cleaning, and the inspection at the end where they looked for and corrected any oversights. Office staff very professional too. Knowing how difficult it is to clean high windows, their price was reasonable. I recommend this company!

Anton and Anna are wonderful people! We LOVE them every time we get to talk to them — they are truly special and I can’t say enough good things about them. Be assured that this is a genuine review. I hired this company to tackle an intimidating window washing job: we have a two-​story house and all of the windows are French Pane, which means they are divided into small panes by fixed wooden grids like French doors. This kind of window is tedious and difficult to clean. Central Valley surpassed my expectations with its professionalism and quality work. From the office personnel to the technicians themselves, these are well-​trained, polite, respectful, hard-​working and professional workers. From the minute they arrived on the job, the technicians were efficient, well-​organized and meticulous about their work. This is a very well run company with a clear focus on pleasing the customer and pride of workmanship. I recommend them without hesitation.

I use them for my business and they are the best you will find! They always send an email before they come out to remind me. Their employees are always on time, even when I need them to come very early in the morning before my customers start showing up. Their employees are always dressed in very nice uniforms and act in a very professional manner around customers in my show room. A very top notch image for their business. I would highly recommend Central Valley Window Cleaning! The washed my very neglected window, shined a chandelier to perfection and resorted my shower door to its former glory. They were on time… a huge deal to me. They kept me informed, kept my house clean while they worked but most of all did a fantastic job. We had a Realtor come through the house after everything was done… she had never seen the house before and her comment to us what how shinny and clean our windows were… well that was all thanks to Central Valley Window Cleaning. I have used Central Valley Window Cleaning for about two years now. Recently, we moved into a home that had decades of dirt and hard water deposits layered on them and after Anna, Anton and their crew were finished with them, they looked brand new! We also have a 1990s glass chandelier that frankly I thought I may replace but after they cleaned it, I decided to keep it – it looks that good! I cannot say enough positive things about not only the job they do on the glass, but also the unparalleled customer service they provide, including keeping their appointments (and remaining in contact with me – if they are running behind or early!) and taking great care to move furniture, etc. And if you were like me and thought, oh, I can do a fine job of cleaning my windows with my pressure washer and squeegee – believe me – you can’t. At least not in two hours. These folks can. Just hire them. They are worth every reasonable penny they charge.

I had been searching for a company to clean my windows for several weeks and most didn’t call back or seemed sketchy. From the moment I spoke to Anna I knew I had found the right company! I read the Unilocal reviews and that gave me the green light I needed to proceed. The communication is hands down the best, as many have said. The team of techs were very professional, all in uniform, they wear shoe booties in your home, speak to you using your name and my windows inside and out, tracks, screens and solar screens all look AMAZING and they do a great job cleaning up after themselves! And their prices are very fair!

This past Christmas they did some beautiful Christmas lights for us — so it’s not only about sparkling windows but there are many ways they are willing to make life easier and more enjoyable. You set an appointment, they keep in contact as to their progress toward keeping the appointment time. A phone call in the morning as a reminder to the time, an update after lunch, just running a few minutes late, 20 minutes before to tell you the crew is on the way. I’m not sure, but I believe I’ve never had such good communications from a service company. Oh by the way, the service to clean my gutters was better than the communications! Frankly, you won’t be disappointed. Male sure to ask them what else they do besides window cleaning.
