JuSt got my nails done by Lil Pinkies. She was great! She paid attention to detail and made sure that I was comfortable. I love the way they turned out! She patiently answered ALL of my questions. She was really patient and super friendly. For example I really REALLY hate having my nails filed and where other girls would roll their eyes at me or get impatient with me she wasn’t, she was super sweet about everything.

She is amazing at what she does. I found her by searching Unilocal!I am a hairstylist myself, and was out of town desperately needing my roots done. Generally I do my own hair, but I forgot my stuff at home and needed a touch up asap. First of all, I texted her (which was super convenient) and she responded within minutes. She got me in on a Sunday when the salon would typically be closed and worked with MY schedule. Angela is extremely down to earth and such a sweet girl. And best of all, she is darn good at what she does. Coming from a fellow stylist who is afraid to let anyone touch my hair, I’d travel back to clovis from sacramento, just to have my hair done by her again.
Her prices are BEYOND reasonable. And when you get a color service, your haircut is included! Yep… I let someone I had never met, CUT my hair. And it looks fantastic. Go see Angela Chriss, you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and son have been getting their haircuts with Pinkies for a couple of months now. These two guys are very picky with who cuts their hair and since they found Pinkies they always get the haircut they want. She listens and takes her time with them. Thanks Pinkies, my guys are happy!

Called in for an appointment today. They were very flexible. I asked for a simple cut, a trim for my bangs, and a style. I came out with a better hair style than I ever had. They also taught me a few how-to’s. Unfortunately I don’t live in the area so I can’t go back regularly. If I lived in the Fresno area these chicks would be my go to stylists!

Friendly staff! They turned my husband into a believer, after 3 bad haircuts. We relocated our family from Bakersfield to Clovis in April 2014, so it was a challenge for him to find a great new barber. He graduated from having a barber, to stylist/​owner Christine. Need a color/​cut? Not sure what your next move is, in terms of a new look? Book with Amanda! She’s not afraid to give input, so you can look your best, and I loved that about her. She uses a color line designed for sensitive scalps (no burning or itchiness), and NO FUMES! Kid-​friendly salon. Stormy does amazing nails, and is also a stylist. This salon is cute and clean, with competitive prices.

I just moved from Bakersfield and took me three months of bad hair cuts to find this place. I’d been going to my old barber since I was 6 and and they got evey hair cut right. So I was very stressed when trying to find a new one here locally. Went her on my wife’s recommendation and did not regret it. Christina is amazing! She is fast, friendly, and always able to squeeze you in.

This review is for eyelash extensions. I don’t know about any of the other services at this location.
I recently got eyelash extensions done by Kristine. When she finished applying them, the lashes on my left eye looked funny. They drooped down, there were gaps, and some of the lashes were glued/​clumped together. When I mentioned it, she gladly redid them and then they looked fine. Two-​three days later, the lashes on my left eye kept falling off. (However, the lashes on the right remained.) I told her about it and she retouched it for an extra $ 15. When she redid them they looked fine. But once again, the lashes started falling out. I ended up having to ask her to remove the extensions because I wasn’t going to keep paying for something that didn’t last me 3 – 4 weeks. I was really disappointed because I blew almost $ 100 on lashes that barely lasted 2 weeks.

Matthew is an amazing stylist. He is attentive to what you want and walks you gently through the process. Highly recommended!

I got my hair cut today by Sean Boettcher. He has always done a great job. He not only is so very friendly, but also very sociable and comforting. Very intuitive to clients needs. I recommend him to everyone. I have full trust that he will do thebest job he possibly can. The shop itself felt warm and welcoming. I brought my 3 month old along with me, and they provided friendly accommodations so that I could nurse her. This will definitely be my go to hair salon. Also, I almost forgot to mention that I got a nice hair wash before my cut, the best head massage ive ever had ;)

I went there for a haircut from Stormie after my prior hair cutter had cut back on her hours due to injury. I was a little apprehensive to go to someone new — not any more.
First they washed my hair, which some places don’t do any more. That was my first sign I was in good hands.
Then Stormie took the utmost care to cut my hair, even it up with all of the different directions it grows. She talked me out of what I thought I needed and when I got home my wife loved my hair.
My hair looks great, the shop was open and I didn’t feel crowded, and the prices are fair. I booked my next appointment on the spot.

Amazing atmosphere! Great stylists! Wonderful location.
