Was just in your store to purchase a bottle of Cognac. I stood in front of the case for approximately 5 minutes while the employees at the counter behind me discussed what they wanted in their coffee. Not one asked if I needed anything or acted as if they noticed me standing there. I was the only person in the store at the time.
I guess I will be making my purchases elsewhere.

The staff at this with BevMo are extremely friendly and helpful, and the store is user friendly in terms of both layout and lighting. Located in the Clovis Crossing shopping center, it’s convenient to the intersection of Herndon and Clovis avenues.

Quick and easy… plenty of help if you need it.
Better deals around town but if you want it… They seem to gave it

So much alcohol to choose from! The one in river park is nice but since this ones close to home I do my shopping here. I really love the little shot glasses they have by the checkout area. (Perfect gifts for anyone turning 21). I never had an issue with customer service either. Friendly employees and the store is clean. Love it.

Have been into this place a good 10 times already since it’s the closer store to my house. Only giving 4 stars because I think the store on Blackstone has a wider selection; this store is slightly smaller.
The customer service I’ve received here is fantastic. Half the time I come into the store, I’m looking for something specific that I was referred to by a friend. Each time, the store employees have dropped what they were doing to walk me to the selection and point it out for me. There was even a time when they didn’t have the brew in stock and asked if I wanted a phone call when they received it next.

If I could rate it with a negative, I would… I do understand that you have to be 21 to buy alcohol, but when you want to buy WATER you are carded. I had my ID but my friend didn’t so we weren’t able to buy it, I didnt care that I wasn’t able to buy it but the way the cashier came about it. It’s water, SERIOUSLY? Rude as can be as if she hated her job, she needed to reevaluate her life and be nice about it. It wasn’t just me but the lady in front of us too, scolding her because she couldn’t get her I. d out in time. I’m a nice person but this lady needs to buy herself a bottle and be happy.

I’m giving it four stars only because the BevMo! In RiverPark is bigger and has a wider selection. On plus side, they have a wine tasting bar, a friendly crew, wine accessories & the clientele seem to be classy people. Even though I prefer the one in RiverPark, the wine the worker suggested us to try turned out to be delicious! When we went they had the buy one wine get the second for .05!

Some of the girls that work here have the worst customer service. I myself work in customer service so I always give employees the benefit of the doubt. But 2 of the last 3 times I’ve been here with my girlfriend, she has pointed out how rude the cashiers are. We went on Thanksgiving day half an hour before they closed and the Caucasian cashier girl was very rude just because I forgot to take my ID out of my wallet. We went again last night to get my girlfriend’s favorite wine bottle (which has been out of stock for the past 2 weeks). I asked the girl with glasses at the cash register when they usually get their inventory in because we wanted to get some bottles for Christmas and she gave me the death stare. We all have crappy jobs, but those girls really need to check their attitude when they go to work.

This is a very large store with a good layout and a large wine selection. My only real problem with this location is that their beer selection Is on the small side. I love craft beer and always enjoy trying new beers and have great success in finding beer at bevmo but this location was lacking. If you like wine or hard alcohol this is a great location but if you are a beer person go to the river park location if has double the beer selection. Other then that the store was clean easy to maneuver and the staff were very nice.

No service as I walked around the shop, we were the only customers in the entire store. After, we went to the cashier, a young Caucasian woman, she didn’t service us for a bit because she was on her phone. During our transaction, we tried to make conversation because I was having problems with my debit card being too old and it wasn’t reading. She then sighed and gave us this look of disgust, so we canceled the transaction and walked out the store.

First off, I like how the cashier asked for my identification to determine if I am at legal age. He did the same to my husband and I brought this point up because usually, we never been asked at the liquor stores which I think it is unsafe.
This establishment felt like a grocery store but with beer, wine and liquor. The selection was unlimited and you can find anything that fits your taste. I honestly admit that I am not a drinker but my husband is and he loves this place.
The price was right and nothing is never out of stock. Love it.

I’ve been waiting for this place to open up, and it did not disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, massive selection (basically they have everything I could think to look for) and a tasting area to, which I was not expecting to find.
