gave one of their clients a 1099 for employee– (ME). He put 5,000.00 on 1099 for me and submitted, 8,095 to IRS on client returns gave them a refund on business and gave us a tax bill of 1,944.53. He told client he didn’t even have to give us one? Their client told us that is old mom and pop place they liked, but, the two of them are heavy smokers and office stinks.
This is not to sweet mom and pop, but two rip offs!!! BEWARE!!!

Very nice couple that runs the business out of their home. They are not only pleasant company as they are doing your taxes, they also do everything that they can legally do to make your return as much as possible. They have great knowledge of what they can do to get you a bigger return and also know how to keep you from getting audited. They are also honest and upfront with you. If there is something that you want them to do and they feel they can’t legally do it, they will tell you so. For as long as I am in Fresno, I will do my taxes there.

A little mom-​n-​pop bookkeeping and tax preparation place near Old Town. They’ve been doing my taxes since I moved to the area.
The mom is a really nice, patient lady who’ll fight like a tigress to make your tax refund as big as legally possible. She’ll work with you and answer all of your questions — in the middle of the tax season when I’m sure she has work up the wazoo — like she’s got all the time in the world.
The pop will also fight for you, but he’s a bit of a grump. He doesn’t like a lot of questions from his clients. He wants you to present your paperwork and not say a damn thing until he’s finished with your return.
Minus One Star: Last June they found a mistake in my favor on my 2005 tax returns. They called me and told me that they’d amended my state and federal returns and that I have an $ 260 refund coming to me. They charged me $ 40 for the amendment. for their mistake. Not real happy about that.
