This stores costumer service has not been unable to hold to the standards of AT T. This has been the second time they have cost us over $ 500.00. They seem not to give full disclosure on insurance. When they know they make a mistake the management will not fix it or compensate for it. I am so disappointed with the management. I will be going elsewhere.

My parents had AT&T internet. To use AT&T services, I added my Yahoo account to AT&T to get the music, etc services. My parents canceled internet years ago. Now I can’t change password on my email account because it is forever locked under the old canceled internet plan. Talked to Yahoo and AT&T and nothing they can do to help me. So my account has been lost it is no longer secure because the password on it was stolen in a data breach at another company. All this to say, poor customer service and poor technical understanding of by customer service agents.

I went in to start the process of upgrading one of my lines on my account. First visit was to do a little research so I came back today to finish the transaction. Due to that two employees were involved in the transaction. Stephanie and Carlos. Both were very professional and friendly. Fun to talk to as well. They both made sure I was informed of my decision. I’ll definitely be going back.

If I could I would rate at&t a –0 stars… I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years… never questioned about their secret fees scandal… but AT&T will be losing me as a customer… u suck at customer service and I WILL my business elseWHERE

While the employees there are friendly and appear to want to help they’re hands must be tied by corporate. I bought a Fitbit Charge there less than a month ago I procrastinated downloading the app when I did download it. It said it was a Fitbit Force which had been recalled a year ago. They won’t just replace this and deal with the manufacturer which they could easily do. I have my home phone, internet, tv, alarm system and 4 cell phones with them. AT&T’s customer service stinks. The sales associate Josh at the store told me I have to go through the manufacturer myself if they don’t resolve it then come back in they will talk to a manager to see if something can be done. He couldn’t ask the manager while I was there. I guess it’s time to start looking for services else where. If you want customer service this definitely isn’t the place to get it.

Convenient location in the Sierra Vista plaza. Very visible from the street so you’re not driving around looking for the store. Every time I’ve come in, there’s little to no wait. They look over staffed. Always at least a couple workers standing around. So it seems crowded. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good there are a lot of ppl on staff and prepared to help. I have always been greeted and asked how I was. Customer service is good. Friendly staff. Sometimes they may not know the correct info or what needs to be done but they’ll find out, ask around or have someone assist me that knows more. The only con is you can be there a lot longer than needed or expected. Overall, good location. No problems so far.

Tell me if this is helpful: I was trying to enjoy a nice vacation on the beach 3 ½ hours away from this petty store, and some person at this store deactivated my phone from their computer… For no apparent reason. Of course, to make things more complicated, she couldn’t reactivate it from her computer even though she deactivated it(that would be too easy, right?) I had to drive to the nearest corporate AT&T store just to get a new SIM card all because of this store? They don’t even bother to contact the other store nor apologize for the inconvenience. They will very shortly be losing my services.

The people here(well most of them, there is one who I do not care for) are always so polite and helpful. We have had great experiences here, even when we found out that there was a HUGE mistake with our account. We continue to come back and today Freddie helped us and was super friendly and addressed each of our needs, having us in and out within minutes. Definitely would recommend this AT&T store over the others in the area.

I would go back to this AT&T before going to the Fresno stores. They were very busy, but I was greeted as I walked through the door. I had the product I needed in my hands within 1 minute of walking in. I bought a wireless router. The gentleman who helped me gave me different bundle options, but did not pressure me. I did not accept any of the bundles and felt comfortable with my choices. Again I would go back here for phone, wireless, internet, or TV services.
