Awful place for anybody to order food. I cam in and just order a medium horchata. Took them 5 mins later to give me my drink…

Just ok. I go here for the convenience of the location, drive thru, late hours and an alt to Robertito’s. I usually get the super nacho and shrimp tostada. The food seems to be inconsistent with other Arsenio locations. A pal of mine thinks the one on Kings Canyon taste better and I agree with him. Still, it beats Taco Bell for when you’re craving a fourth meal.

«MOSTDISGUSTINGFOOD“if I could I will give –0 star We got sick by eating at this place this past weekend Ordered chicken enchiladas, chicken looked pink and tasted nasty!! beans and everything we ordered was GROSS!!! They put cheddar cheese on everything even on their quesadillas!!! What kind of Taqueria is this??? On top of everything to make our visit worse there was spiders on the table and napkins. Don’t believe the positive reviews in this page! These people have no sense!! This place is Nasty!!!

The only thing I order is the rolled tacos and a side of beans. I really like their beans(reason for 3 stars) but even then sometimes they are not all that. Consistency is very much lacking. The chicken burrito can be really good just chicken and cheese thought it is very juicy. If ya want super nachos don’t go here they are sad very sad.

The Arsenios at the jct of Clovis Ave and Herndon in Clovis is a huge disappointment. It used to be good about a year ago but things are changing for the worse. Frequently when I call in a takeout order the broken English is so hard to communicate. I gave up and hung up twice. As to the food, we had a chile rellano plate one time and the pepper was half frozen when we got it home. Another time we ordered the same thing and when we got there to pick up the order they told us that they ran out of the chile rellenos. They ran out? Another time I ordered the carne asada burrito. In the past it was great. This time it had a lot of gristle in it suggesting that it wasn’t properly chopped up. To solve the problem of the deteriorating service and food at this facility we now drive 2 – 3 miles further and drive to the Arsenios at Temperance and Alluvial(near hwy 168). This store has it figured out. Really good service and really good food. 2-Stars for Herndon and Clovis Ave 5-Stars for the Temperance and Alluvial store.

Always have loved this place. But they just went up a step in my book. Called an order in last night for 24 burritos. Told them to have it ready at 7:45, and it was waiting for me nice and hot. Great place for takeout breakfasts.

Arsenios is my go to place for good mexican fast food. It isnt authentic but it is yummy. Its a relaxed and casual atmosphere. They also have a drive thru. its open 24 hours for thise late night cravings. The pickled jalapeño and carrots are awesome and come free along with the salsa bar they have. The customer service here today was friendly and quick. I will definitely be back

Just spent $ 11 on fried shrimp to enjoy with a beer, only to get burnt tough nuggets with a tail. Took them back and they refused to replace them. Last time they’ll see me. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went here late last night and boy was it a flaming hot piece of garbage. They always fail to get your order wrong and your food comes out ice cold. The cherry on top is the rude workers who take your order. If you’re looking for an apology after getting your order wrong, don’t hold your breath. The food is gross and sloppy. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

I ordered a steak and eggs burrito and received a bacon and eggs burrito. I called they said to bring the burrito back in with the receipt but I was too far by the time I found out they messed up. I suggest they fix their drive-thru speaker or at least repeat my order. The cashier didn’t even tell me my total until I got to the window. Please improve your business by doing these simple changes.

This place has always looked run down with bad employees but the food used to be good. Not this last time I went. The chile verde I ordered was the grossest pork I’ve ever eaten and the place looked more rubdown and old than ever. Three of the sodas were not working at the machine and the cashier couldn’t have cared less. Last time I will be going back for sure

The girls were awesome but the cook was not. Cold stale burrito, cold stale chips, old tasting salsas. No love in the food. but the girls who took my order were awesome!

BEWARNED!!! This is probably the first time wanting to give any restaurants a below 1 star. Did the drive thru and ordered two identical things. Carne asada tortas. Came home; breads were 80% burnt and meat was bad. Later, started to have tummy pain. Called them up. 1st attempt, young lady hung up on me without hearing what I had to say. Called back; maybe bad connection. Purposely had me listen to music, then hung up on me. We went through 3 rounds of that. Waited five minutes later, but this time, the young lady said, «Hello…(laughing)…goodbye» If you check web, it doesn’t give you any management’s number.

This plus really sucks, they do not make food from scratch, really disappointed with this place. The girls never listen when you ask to leave out some thing out of any of there dishes. I hate having to repeat my self both in Spanish and English, they still can’t get the damn order right. Stay away drive down the road to Robertio’s and get your order right.

I got the carne asada fries. When I got the food it was not even warm and the fries were soggy and the meat was chewy and gross. Maybe what I ordered isn’t the best thing that they make

I have customer at Arsenios on Clovis & Herndon for many years now. I prefer to order through the drive-thru. I have been meaning to write a review, because, obviously, as I have continued to go there for«many years,» I have never been disappointed. Just last week, I had the Chile rellano and it was SO delicious!!! I have also enjoyed their breakfast burritos, which I can generally make into two meals. I definitely would recommend any of their entrees. They simply make the best Mexican food and their drive through service is reasonably fast and the food fresh and hot.

I agree with the other reviewer when they say this place is a hit or miss. It used to be very good, everytime but the last 4 times I went, it was a toss up and mediocre at best :( I ordered rolled tacos togo and drove 5 mins to get home. My tacos were COLD. No slightly cold or Luke warm but COLD, cheese not even melted. What happened to this place!!!

We stopped in for 4th meal after attending an event in Fresno, and everything was sorta okay. I had the fish tacos and my only complaint was the use of iceberg lettuce instead of shredded cabbage. The al pastor was tasty, but a bit rough since it was pretty much the end of the day’s batch. My friend had the nachos, and she said they were a-okay. All around, pretty meh. If I ever go back, I’ll definitely try something else.

Arsenio’s is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get the best breakfast burrito of your life and friendly service. Other times you’ll get a burnt paper towel inside your burrito(TRUESTORY) and an employee who is chatting on the phone with their girlfriend. But it’s open 24 hours… so that to me is worth it.

I felt cheated on my cheat day. Well, I definitely should have read the reviews before I came in because I was hoping for authentic Mexican food! Oh wellz. I miss my Mexican food in the Mission District. At least I got to watch a Mexican soap opera with a cross dresser who had much better eyebrows than me. My husband said I make better Mexican food, so u know what that means o_O
