Established in 1999.
Past and Present Consignment first opened our doors in 1999. The Business owner Pamela DeBlasio holds a Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising from Auburn University, but she is far more than book-savvy when it comes to buying and selling. Pamela began working in the fashion industry when she was 14 years old and her years of experience have given her a keen eye and sharp sense of timing.
