Tried, tried, tried, triedx1000… and true! Love these guys! My husband and I often make the trek from the gym(59 steps away) after a workout for dependably delicious food served by upbeat kind people who DO remember you and do care! I once spent 20 minutes watching the cashier so patiently explain the tax on the receipt to an angry person who likes their tax listed in one bubble because that is how the other place does it. The level of the cashiers patience was exemplary. omigod. So much conversation for $ 1.29 tax. If you’re picky about something food related, say something! Ask for it. They will always do their best to make it how you prefer it. So happy that we have this shop in our extensive list of eateries. I don’t cook! I won’t cook. We have tried all of the pizza, sandwich, chicken, etc options Clinton has to offer and P and S is our number 1 go to. What really makes this shop stand apart is… THEYCARE! We ordered delivery for the first time last night on a joyous –30 degree night. I felt bad summoning the delivery driver to the elements so we tipped him extra well(he deserved it – fast, frozen and friendly) and our food was here fast and hot! Be patient if its slower! This is Clinton — we can handle that. And if you can’t, waddle on down and pick it up. I’m 30, recently disabled and walk with a brace and cane(begrudgingly!) and I happily waddle there. :) A plus to these guys and gals. Thank you!

Their chicken wings are just delicious. The Thai chili are the best. Barbecue wonderful. Not so much on my garlic Parmesan but still good. I used to go to this place when I was kid. Now I go back regularly to get the chicken wings. Their delivery is excellent very very quick and very inexpensive.

This is my favorite pizza place of the 7 or so in town easily. for the food anyway. I’ve never had any of the issues listed such as the food being cold or made wrong or gross. Although I am in there all the time and I do know for a fact they only have ONE delivery guy and that’s no where near enough. The reason I’m giving this place 3 stars though is the manager is a huge perv. like be really careful if you go in there as a female. he flirts with everyone in a scary way and even when me and my friends were UNDERAGEANDINHIGHSCHOOL we would go there and he would ask all of us on dates. all the time. we told him repeatedly we were underage and he said he just didn’t care. one time he gave me his phone number and then got scary mad I never texted him. its why you never see girls working there. I knew 2 who tried and they had to quit for sexual harassment. I love the food but please PLEASE be careful.

I’ve been ordering from P&S for a month since I moved to Clinton 8⁄1. It’s been hit and miss. When its a hit, the pizza is hot, tasty and well worth the money. Today was another miss, and frankly the last one for me. I ordered three pizza’s before 6PM, and the when the food had not arrived by 6:45 I called to check on the order. I was told the driver left 10 minutes ago and had my delivery en route. It takes me 4 minutes to get from my house to P&S without speeding or running any lights. So I wait, and the driver shows up at 7:10PM with his front seat stacked with pizza boxes, mine and other peoples. I ask him if my pizza is going to be hot, and he replies yes, its been on top of the oven since it came out, keeping it warm. So I pay, and take the warm pizza boxes inside, and therein lies the problem. The pizza inside the box is cold, but the outside of the box is warm, not quite hot. So I paid $ 64 with tip for three cold pizzas and two orders of luke-warm chicken wings. Everything tastes good, but cold, like I’m eating last night’s leftovers, and I don’t like my food cold. I call to let them know, and the response is less than genuine, and mostly disinterested. To the owner/manager: there are several other pizza places on the same street not 200 yards from yours. This is not how you keep customers. If you have a lot of deliveries at dinner time, why don’t you hire another driver and keep your quality up, instead of getting all these mediocre reviews when you fundamentally have a high quality product to sell. Better yet, if you know that delivery is backed up, why not suggest to customers to come pick up when your stretched. Being honest and managing customer expectations is far better than making me wait 75 minutes for $ 60 dollars worth of cold food. If you want to earn back my business, post a reply here with something meaningful, and I’ll try it again.

I’m giving these guys 3 stars, cause maybe they’re having an off day, It is after all a hot day, or maybe it’s something else. But if the foods like this all the time now, I’d give them one star. They were at least friendly. But I’m still ticked. I ordered a large chicken parm, that wasn’t that large to begin with. There was barely any chicken in it, I mean like two slivers of chicken, and the sauce pretty much had no flavor what so ever. Place was a rip off tonight. Who knows, maybe other items on the menu are better I wouldn’t write this palace off completely cause in the past(bout a year ago) I’ve had better. Tonight(late July) it sucked. Enough to motivate me to write this review.

The buffalo wings were pretty good, but the bread on my husband and I’s subs were totally soggy on the bottom and we had to peel most of the bread off. Meh. Free chips though. :D

Don’t waste your time with this place. Gave them several chances after moving to Clinton and it slowly got worse everytime. After three or four times, enough was enough. The boneless wings were always hard and old, reheated to order. The pizza had long black hairs in them twice and they made the wrong pizza for us once. The last straw was when I went to pick up the pizza and saw the guy cutting the pizza was dripping sweat into my pizza and wiping his uncovered hands on his brow without gloves and handling all the food. He also had long black hair without a hairnet and I quickly found where the hair in my pizza was coming from. Do yourself a favor and try Mr. Z’s a block away or Landos the other direction. Both are much cleaner and better food.

After ordering a few times it’s become a pattern that they always take an hour or more to deliver and still manage to charge their $ 3.50 delivery charge… seems a little ludicrous to me. No other place in town takes as long as them… after an hour and 29 minutes we finally got our food. Chicken Caesar salad was delicious but the steak and Cheese with mushrooms, onions and peppers had no cheese or mushrooms and the calzone was stone cold. if try another place if you don’t want to waste your money

We eat P&S about once a month. We’ve never had a bad meal here! The steak bomb sub is perfection. The pizza is always good, toppings always fresh, and their salads are exceptional(and HUGE). Sandwiches come with chips and pickle, and salads always include warm pita bread. I could go on for days about the boneless chicken wings, there are so many flavors to choose from!

Food is nothing special, its your typical frozen and fried take out food not gourmet so as long as you know what you’re getting you’ll be happy. The pizza is good and the prices and specials are great for what you get. Ordered here a few times and will definitely keep ordering.

For non-NY pizza, off the beaten path, I had a pretty good personal pie here. I can’t speak to the rest of their food, but the service was great and the pizza was flavorful with a solid crust.

Bought a little cheese pizza, 10″ size. It was good but it’s not a ‘must go back for this pizza” good.

Great food, great people, great menu. This IS the pizza shop in Clinton. If your coming here to find out which place to go to stop searching and go to P&S. The Pizza is great. Wings are very good. and the subs are amazing. I cant find anything bad to say about this place, I have eaten here so many times and I refuse to go to other places in this town. We have been to every place just to try it but keep going back to P&S. Keep up the good work guys! Also you get free chips and a pickle with every sub. cant beat that!

Been eating from here the past few days. Pizza was okay. I just ordered ziti and Alfredo sauce without the chicken and broccoli and even though the guy had to charge me full price, he fought to make it cheaper. I really appreciated that, which is why I’m giving it 5 stars. Plus, their delivery is very fast!

Just OK. The pizza was not memorable. Sodas were microbrews.

I pop into P&S once every couple weeks for lunch, usually getting the slice and soda special for $ 3.50. For that price, you really can’t beat it. The pizza is light and cheesy with just the right amount of sauce. Call ahead for anything else, as it gets busy at lunch. Taking away one star because one time I ordered a sub and when I got there, they had given it away to someone else…

My boyfriend and I used to love P&S pizza — even though there are plenty of good pizza places in town, we would go there frequently and really enjoyed their specialty pizzas. The last few times, though, the place has been disorganized and difficult to deal with. We ordered from there the other night, and the person we talked to on the phone couldn’t understand a simple order and needed us to repeat the order several times… then when the food arrived, the order was missing the meat for our salads. When we called, they told us that they had to charge us again for the meat since they hadn’t gotten it on the order the first time — after repeated attempts to get the order right and a few more calls from them asking for our payment info(again), I would have expected somewhere who valued their customers to make the order right without adding an extra charge. Granted, they redid the salads instead of just giving us the meat — this would have been appreciated, except the man answering the phone got into a screaming fight with my boyfriend, which was certainly not professional. This isn’t the only time we’ve had trouble with them — having to wait for orders well after they said they’d be ready is commonplace here. We had put up with it because we liked their food — but after this last time, we are done. It’s too bad — if only the place was better run(and more respectful to its customers), we’d be happy to eat here often.

P&S Pizza… Under New Ownership… PiZza…Subs…mMmm Excellence I started going to P&S When I met my Boyrfriend in 2002 and I gotta say, I enjoyed their food! The people who own it now are New… New Jersey Boys that is, and they are quite the crowd of guys in there. Their Food is great and the prices too! Totally Italian! I like how they are open pretty late too… however they have some pretty good competition down the street. Brother’s Pizza, the people who used to run P&S Opened a new place down the street… Check out their Review too!
