I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s! The service was horrible, it took a very long time for them to take my order. Once I got my Fish Fillet sandwich, it had a piece of hair in it! On the bright side, the manager was polite enough to offer me a new sandwich however I already lost my appetite.

With as much as I eat here when I shouldn’t because it’s so not good for me, I have a crazy addiction to the fruit and yogurt parfaits. I have no issue with how nice the people are, but my poor rating comes from the 90% incorrect order rate which I don’t notice until I get to work or until I’m driving to work and ain’t nobody got time to turn around for that. My go to order every single time since I hate egg: Egg McMuffin meal — no egg Medium coke with no ice instead of coffee. I will show you the pics of the last two orders — again WRONG. Skip this one and go to the one at National Harbor where it’s always right and they’re just as courteous.

Ehhh. Unless ur dying for McDonald’s and ur blood sugar is low, go somewhere else. Service is ehh at best and food is average at best. That’s if they get ur order right.

Horrible. There was one person in front of me, one person!!! and it took me 30 minutes to get two #4’s. The line grew as I waited to about 15 people. Of course the food was bad. McDonalds isn’t a gourmet restaurant but they have standards for their food and service and they weren’t any where close to being met. Blah!
