FaceFrame Studio Hair & Make-Up Design

I went into my appointment feeling excited for an upcoming function I was attending! Left (looking good) but not feeling good. The owner, Sandra was rude. I just needed my hair curled & makeup applied. Guess she felt that was an appropriate time to 1. Tell me that although I’m a tomboy she can tell that I like to dye my hair blonde (rude much?) 2. ask me when my last hair cut was (when asked why are you asking? She said cause I have lots of long layers that do nothing for me) 3. Tell me my hair falls flat numerous times– I got it the first time! She left me seated, alone many times mid hair curl to help another client which added an additional 20 minutes on to me being there. But, when all was said and done my hair & makeup did look good. (Even though her hand was shaking, because as Sandra put it-​the caffeine is kicking in) If I wasn’t so desperate to have both done I would’ve been outta there just based on her nastiness. Should’ve taken the advice of friends & never have made an appointment. ONLY bright side was her staff! They are all lovely. I do NOT recommend going there! Save yourself the disappointment
