Flight training in Cessna 172’s. We train people of all ages for Private, Instrument and advanced licenses. We have been at Potomac Airfield since 1995.

We offer many cost saving plans such as hourly, fixed monthly rate a package deals. Our goal is to offer the safest most cost effective flight training possible. Our $ 400 per month club has no fees for the aircraft usage and the student pays only fuel and instruction.

History

Established in 1995.

Business moved from College Park airport by former owner. Current owner has been with A.T.C. and owned it since 1997.

A.T.C. has moved to its new location at Washington Executive Airport (Hyde Field) where we have our own facility to better serve our students. The troubles of the past few months were partially relate to the owners health and difficulty finding reliable staff. Our new location is re-​energizing the business and giving us a better foundation to return the school to its go to status. check our website for special offers and to see our newest 172, a 2000 172R. It is one of the most comfortable training aircraft you can fly in. Our $ 475 per month, $ 0 per hour plus fuel and instructor time continue to be one of the most cost effective ways of learning to fly.
