Accidents Express Collision

17+ years of driving and I get into my first collision within a year of moving to a new state… thanks to wonderful drivers who don’t have a clue about where they are going.
Upon the recommendation of the tow company, I had my vehicle brought to Accidents Express. Andrew promptly called and walked me through their repair process.
A couple of days later, my claims adjuster called and informed me that my vehicle was a total loss. I was also told that I should go and retrieve any belongings.
When I showed up at the collision center, Andrew walked me through the damage that was done on my vehicle. He also briefly shared some tips on how to proceed with handling the insurance claim.
During the entire time my vehicle was stored at that location (about three weeks), Andrew was around to answer any questions that I had as well as provided insightful information about what was going on.
Even though I did not have my car repaired here, the crew was most helpful.
I can definitely say that IF I ever have to bring my vehicle into a repair shop again, this would be the one I bring it to.

Accidents was so great to do business with! Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced and I’ve had lot of work done to cars! They were quick, honest, and the best price. I will definitely continue doing business with them when I need work done.

I am updating my review as the business appears to be under new Management. The new owner contacted me and apologized for my poor experience with the old owner and staff. I’m glad to see Andrew is taking charge. I’m giving three stars as a neutral rating only because I have not visited the shop again.
I may give them a try should I need the service in the future.
