At Key, we have a 98% success rate in helping struggling Associations re-build their physical and financial health at a very competitive price. The KPSOM program is designed to concentrate on the protection and enhancement of property values and reducing risk to the Association and its co-owners. We feel that with good communication, transparency, and team-work, most things can be accomplished. We offer services utilizing both online technology and traditional management techniques. All of our property managers and book keeping staff have over 10 years experience in the property management field and within our company. We are proud members of the National Association of Realtors and the United Condominium Owners of Michigan (UCOM).

Poor communication, unprofessional and any time I’ve asked for something, it’s like I’m bothering them. They have continued to increase association dues over the past 10 years with zero visible result to homeowners.

Key Property Services of Michigan… are a do nothing company… they work hard at not doing their job… they dont communicate with anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a management company. They dont care about their clients needs or the properties they are supposed to manage. All they do is just collect their money and do month end reports. Thats it!!! If you use this company your property values will suffer!!!

Key Property Services (KPSOM) is capable of doing good work, and when we had our condo, they could do good work. Day-to-day operations — landscaping, snow removal, trash pickup, etc. were great.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue in dealing with KPSOM is communication. When you are in the service business, communication is everything. That means returning phone calls and emails. Sometimes Ken was very attentive, but more often you had to prod. And prod. And prod. Call after call, email after email.
Sure the saying goes «the squeaky wheel gets the grease,» but in customer service, you shouldn’t let those «wheels» start squeaking.
My impression is that KPSOM is understaffed. They probably get a lot of requests coming in. I always dealt with Ken or Dawn. Is KPSOM really a two-person operation trying to manage dozens of condo communities? It’s time to hire some help so you don’t have requests piling up!

This is Baloney! There is ZERO communication — ZERO transparency and ZERO teamwork! — Dawn when she finally decides to call a condo owner back (days or WEEKS later), speaks to them like she is some superior being! (she is not!) She is demeaning, rude and just plain unprofessionsl! Dawn should seriously consider being in any other profession than CUSTOMER SERVICE! We certainly wish that Key was NOT the management company for our parents condo — They could not MANAGE a cereal box! Very sad that they speak to elderly people the way they do — They could care less!
