I stopped in this morning to repair a fresh chip, in a bit of a hurry and without an appointment. They were very friendly and had my car done in 15 minutes-​at first I thought they did the wrong chip (an old one previously repaired elsewhere but still obvious) but upon close inspection I realized they repaired the new one plus cleaned up two others! And they look so much better now! Thanks a million, my boyfriend will be bringing his car next!

stopped in to have a stone chip filled. they told me the repair would increase the strength of the compromised glass and make it about 50% less noticeable. after a week I washed my truck and the chip looked the same and was rough to the touch. I’m thinking the epoxy did not hold and fell out. I called them and they told me it does not fill the missing glass and the look will not be any different. that is completely different then what they told me before the work was done. In the future I would try another company for this type of repair.

I was a «walk-​in» at Henderson Glass (6−11−14) on Hall Rd for a small chip in my windshield. The experience was fast and easy. They called my insurance company on the spot and got the fee covered 100%, complete with a confirmation number (I timed it… under 5 minutes).
I waited while the work was done. I don’t believe there was anyone in front of me. The repair took less than 20 minutes.
While sitting in the waiting area I witnessed pretty amazing customer service from the two ladies behind the counter. They were very patient in my opinion, being in the customer service industry myself. At least 2 customers were difficult in my opinion. These ladies showed great restraint and exuded perfect professionalism. They knew their stuff!

They told me a price for a new windshield to be installed at my home. They knew it was a 20 plus year old car but neglected to ask or mention rust damage. Tech gets here after 4 days of waiting and says he can’t fix it due to the rust. And that it may cost significantly more now. Horrible experience, never again. I feel like it was a bait and switch to get more money. The assistant manager assured me it wasn’t, that if I took my car there and all they had to do was grind it down they wouldn’t charge me, but if it had to go to the body shop then that’s out of her hands and the tech shouldn’t have told me it would cost more, as he doesn’t DO pricing.
