History

Established in 2002.

The Trucano family has a long history in the food industry and is more then willing to share their experience to make your event special. Working in the kitchen and floor manager at Boomba’s (now Andiamo’s on 14 Mile Rd) then building, developing, and operating the Mirage in Clinton Township (sold in 2002) Frank Trucano and Lynn Nagorski have managed literally thousands of events. From intimate weddings to large corporations, your event is the most important function to us!
