The store is great. Yeah… most people who shop here most likely knows it’s good quality home goods. But I’m not writing this review to review any item or anything… I’m purely writing this review to say the people who work in this store are awesome! Super helpful and knowledge about their store and items they sell.

My mom loves Pier 1. I, personally, do not. To me, their pitch is a lot of randomness and clutter, with a pretty ridiculous mark up. Not my thing. So, why 4 stars? I went to this location to help a friend pick up some furniture, so this review pertains only to the customer service. We were greeted right away, told to pull around the back to load the stuff into my car, and were in and out in a matter of 5 – 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This place has all your needs for your home plates, glasses and China cabinets. Only thing I think is the place is to crowded as we were walking out someone drop or knocked something over. My 1st check in on Unilocal but not my 1st time in the store. I will be getting my new dinnerware and silverware from here. Ladies keep your purse close fellows keep your elbows down. The aisles are not wide enough for people to mingle around see something you like put it in your basket find a good spot to fully check it out.

Pier 1 is another hit or miss store. I say that because you would a fool if you were just to purchase their stuff on a whim, there’s a lot that Pier carries that you can find elsewhere. Etsy, Home Goods, Kohl’s, even their summer patio stuff looks a little WalMart if you ask me. I would just hold off and wait for sales if you’re really going to buy anything. Heck I would haggle and say, «this one here has dent, give me 10% off. « This particular branch has small aisles, but otherwise kept neat and proper. I don’t think it’s the largest one in the area so don’t make a special trip if this isn’t in your neighborhood. Don’t come here on a weekend either. The parking lot is a zoo!

Having moved to my own humble abode, I decided to visit Pier 1 Imports to get some unique items to furnish my new place. I’ve been to a Pier 1 only one other time in my life but this time around it was much different. I can honestly say that this place is Martha Stewart’s Toy’s R’Us. They have everything that you could want to decorate your house. I picked things up left and right excited to fill my new place with some Pier 1 goodness, but alas the prices made me put many of them back. I still came away with some unique furnishing though. One thing in particular was an Italian imported masquerade mask. Don’t ask me why I bought it but I did.

I love Pier 1 some things can be expensive but they do have some pretty cool inexpensive things here.

Great atmosphere and the people who here have the best attitude. The parking is a little hard since the location is very popular

A lot of overpriced clutter that strikes a chord in some folks, for sure. Candles, faux flowers, tableware, wall hangings, flimsy furniture that looks like it was assembled on a desert island… with sticks… and twine… and sap. Definitely not durable. In any case, the staff was attentive.
