History

Established in 2005.

Miracles began its growth and history in the small town of Columbia, SC in a small location off one of the towns busiest streets. Many of our customers began to inquire about coming to their homes to wash their vehicles, and were even willing to pay extra to have that type of service. In 2010, Miracle’s Mobile detailing was born in the town of Warmister, PA, and residents fell in love with the idea of not having to sweat in the hot summer days to wash their car each week. We have been going strong now for 10yrs and we look forward to the growing success and projects we have in store for the years to come.

I had set aside 2 hours starting at 9am for a «full interior detailing service» on a Tuesday morning (Sep 15, 2015). I received two confirmation emails from them saying that my appointment was booked — both emails did not say to «Reconfirm» by calling or emailing them back.
They did not show up. I tried calling the number listed, and no one answers. I left voice mail, but have not heard back. Then, 51 minutes past the hour of the appointment, I received this email:
«Good Morning,
We are reaching out again to Mr/​Mrs Karpe as we may be missing each other calls or emails? We have tried to call the number we have on file for your appointment, and we may have the wrong number. We have tried to call to re-​confirm the detailing appointment, and have recieved no answer, we have also sent out a confirmation email last week, and received no confirmation as well.
We will need to re-​book your appointment as a result, we have been very busy these past few weeks, and apologize if we have missed your call in between, If this message reaches you, and you are not the addressed recipient; please disregard this message. Thank you»
I replied back immediately to the email, again no response. This has been such a strange experience, I suspect there is something else going on with this business. I will believe them, when I see them!
Lesson learned — don’t take off work for an unreliable business.
