I only stopped in once and it was because I had totally forgotten to pickup a birthday card. Most of the inventory here is greeting cards and you will have plenty of variety. There are also a ton of knickknacks for sale like normal card stores. Parking should rarely be a problem; the movie theater, restuarants, and grocery store are far enough away.

Nice, clean store with friendly staff and lots of great gifts and a huge selection of cards too. On a scale of 1 – 10 I give this place a 10. Definition of how a store should be run.

I am a long time member of Hallmark, I have been going to this store for several years spending on average $ 25. each visit. Last week I purchased two stuffed puppies for my granddaughters, with my hallmark, good customer discount. I asked the assistant manager for a box. When she told me they would be .40cents each, I asked her to not charge me for them since I am a very good customer. The assistant manager refused, she could not make an executive decision to give me the two boxes worth under $ 1.00, saying I would have to talk to the manager. Going foward I will purchase my hallmark cards and gifts at the supermarket, discounted. I love to support small business, but when small business does not reward repeat long term customers its time to move on.

I just had the most positive experience ever in this store. Donna, the clerk, was extremely helpful, polite and efficient. I like Hallmark products but sometimes dread going into them because usually the staff seems bothered by the customers. This has been my experience for years. After today, though, I will definalty go back to LeMarc’s even thougth it is not the closest store to where I live.

This place needs new management. When you walk in, its just an absolute mess. It is filthy and unorganized, there are cards everywhere, giftbags are strewn along the floor. The sales associates are too busy talking to each other and hanging out behind the registers. You cannot even bother to ask because they will give you an attitude.

I’ve been shopping at this store for years. Only because it is the closest Hallmark to my house. The sales people here are hardly ever friendly, nor are they polite. Whether it be the older cranky ladies or the young uncaring teenagers that talk on their cell phone while ringing you up, the cashiers/salespeople at this Hallmark store are hardly worthy of two stars. There are very few people that work at this store that actually care about the customers. Seriously if you could get away with going to another Hallmark, do it. Stay as far away from this store as possible.
