Used this provider based on all the good reviews seen on YP. His prices are very reasonable especially for a home visit but that’s where it ends. First off this person had the WORST BODY ODOR i have ever had to endure in my entire life. If you work in a field where contact with other humans is a must PLEASE SHOWER AND USE DEODORANT!!! Once he assessed the issue I was told ‘no problem easy to find replacement’ A few days later he contacted me telling me he was having a difficult time finding the part. But the real problem was, every time i had a conversation with this gentlemen (I talked to him on 3 separate occasions) at some point he would tell me ‘if i am unable to find i will not waste time and move on to next job’. WHAT??? Is this not what you do? Am I not paying you for your service? To top it all off, he did not reassemble the TV completely because he figured he would do the repair. OK. During our last conversation, i said if you can’t complete the repair can you at least finish reassembling the TV? He became very abrupt and nasty as if i asked him to do something completely ridiculous. I don’t understand all the great reviews as my experience has been HORRIBLE!!!
