Founded in 1999, Fuchs Audio Technology has built a highly respected reputation for their guitar/​bass amplifiers and effects pedals used by professional musicians worldwide. Fuchs products are seen on stage and TV with many of the top artists in many musical genres like Cheap Trick, Zac Brown Band, Al Di Meola, Widespread Panic, The Allman Brothers, American Idol and stages worldwide. Fuchs Audio Technology has established itself as a unique voice in handcrafted boutique guitar/​bass amplification.

Meet the Business Owner

Andy F.

Business Owner

As the child of two musicians who ran a music store, it was inevitable Andy Fuchs would find a path into the music business. A friend of Andy’s dad a local TV repairman, took a liking to Andy and employed him at 12 years old to work in his TV store after school every day. By 18 Andy was working on NYC’s 48^th street as a repair technician for the legendary «We Buy Guitars» where he fixed amps, wired guitars and honed his craft. Andy eventually started what became Fuchs Audio Technology as a part-​time hobby, rebuilding old Fender and Music Man amps for higher performance and greater tone for his own use as a guitar player. These amps eventually provided the DNA that became Fuchs’ production amps. At 57, Andy Fuchs has become globally respected as a gifted designer and an outstanding technician in the music industry.
