History

Established in 1981.

I originally licensed in 1981 with a small N. Troy Broker to buy investment properties, a legacy instilled in me by my parents.

I loved the business and opened my own company, Victoria G. Realty in 1985, just before the market took off in 1986. In 1990, I bought a Century 21 Franchise and changed the name to Century 21 Victoria’s Corner.

In 1995, I sold my company to RealtyUSA and managed one of their offices as well as continued to sell. In 2000, I was asked to run the RealtyUSA Training Center which involved training and recruiting for all RealtyUSA agents… this in addition to continuing to work with buyers and sellers.

In 2005, I decided I really loved the sale side of the business more than management and went back into sales full time out of the Clifton Park office. This location allows me to really cover all of the Capital Region markets.

I am one of RealtyUSA’s top agents and I was recognized in 2013 as the Realtor of The Year for our Realtor Association.

Let me tell you a little about myself… I am a 53 year old successful Realtor having bought my first property, a Two Family when I was 18 years old.

I’ve been blessed all my life having been raised by two incredible parents. who are no longer with us and 4 older brothers and a twin sister, who is my best friend.

My parents got us all started early in wanting to own real estate and all of us do. Now the younger generation, our kids are starting to buy as well.

I live alone with my 15 year old, 4# Yorkie, Missy, who I take with me whenever I can.

When I’m not selling real estate, I tend to be a homebody with the exception of my Tuesday night bible study, Sunday church service and bowling with my sister on Wednesday nights.

I have a boyfriend who also owns investment property and we enjoy attending music festivals, concerts and are avid motorcycle enthusiasts.

I’m truly thankful for my life and success and I enjoy giving back both my time and money to help others.
