This is one of the worst run establishments ever. First of all, the line is usually long. But thats not necessarily due to the amount of patrons that enter. The real reason is that often, the employees socialize and talk to one another behind the counter while customers are waiting. The manager needs to instill appropriate values in his/her employees. They need to be reminded they are at work rather than at the corner bar, and should not be frivolous and waste the customers’ time. The customers pay their salary … The manager of this starbucks should actually go and order coffee at other starbucks. What the manager will find is that most starbucks don’t make people wait on the whole entire queue if they are ordering just a regular hot or iced coffee. These take 10 seconds to finish. Yet there’s no policy to complete these simple orders immediately, get those customers out the door, and move the line along. Finally, when simple common sense is brought to the attention of management at this starbucks, they get quite rude and defensive …

Most popular Starbucks in Clifton Park. On weekends and holidays the lines can be wrapped around the entire store. There is a few tables inside and outside the store. No drive thru. I wish that our Clifton Park Starbucks had more room or a better location for customers to park but this is what we have. All employees are friendly and kind ready to take your order and take the time to make it. Two other Starbucks locations in Clifton Park is at Target and Market32.

A starbucks is a starbucks — this one is no different. The product is no different here than at the next one. I will say the servers here were fun, entertaining, helpful and quick but accurate. They were playful with their tip jars and tried to work their small crowd to earn their tips. I found this at least made the wait somewhat entertaining for a busy morning.

Line was wrapped around the interior of the store. Employees obviously couldn’t care less as they continued to work at a snail’s pace. No drive thru and cars parked in the middle of the access road. Left without coffee after waiting 8 minutes.

Not a bad location overall, though the parking is terrible and makes no sense. The service is so-so always seems to be a little bit of confusion going on. Generally pleasant but overcrowded and not well laid out interior

This Starbucks team doesn’t communicate well and they are not in tune with the needs of their customers.

Its a Starbucks by name. If you are use to them from northwest USA this one will disappoint. They don’t understand the lingo. You have to explain your order to them. They make an OK cup of coffee. I think corporate needs to come out and train the crew. Half the crew looks annoyed being there. They are slow and seem as if you are an inconvinence.

I visit many of the local Sbux’s, this one, even though it lacks a drive in used to be my favorite local haunt. They added the counter not long ago and if you can get a seat there its pretty reminiscent of the counter service you see in diners… except for the whole being waited on hand and foot thing… I have rarely gotten my chai mixed up or wrong here, although today had it loaded down with extra whip, which makes the whole non fat bevie a moot point, they would have remade it with no problem but a quick scrape was enough for me– don’t want to be tempted by it afterall!

I am visiting from so California and was disappointed to see the store opens so late. Also, at 5a.m., the outside was filthy. Trash cans completely over flowing.

I was going to downgrade to 3 Stars then I realized it already was three. I can still whine though. Hi’s– Store refresh was much needed and looks good. Staff are generally very nice. Decent outdoor seating. Low’s– Location is awkward and parking lot sucks. All Starbucks Espresso tastes burntish to me. The machines they use are no replacement for a well training person with a old school espresso machine. They put Iced Coffee in the same queue as «drinks» meaning I have to wait for everyone’s «triple upside down latte mocha quad pump diabetes maker» to be done before I can get my coffee poured over ice. Main reason for 3 Stars instead of 4.

I love Starbucks, and this is the only one around – the next closest one is in Latham. The staff are very quick and the beverages are consistently excellent. The parking lot sucks, but what are you going to do.

GREATSERVICEAWARD. I’m a starbucks addict, and I use my starbucks cards everywhere(uh duh you get free coffee if you swipe it enough) but nobody ever tells you that at the counter… except for tonight. The guy made sure I had registered, even though Im loyal and have figured it out, I appreciate that he’s making sure that people aren’t losing out on deals. Thanks! do wish there was a drive through though… that’d get 5 stars.

I’m really just writing this review to shout out the Barista that made my beverage for me yesterday. Whoever you are, you deserve the Barista of the Month award(if such a thing exists). I drink the same drink in every SBux I go to… Iced Tea \ Lemonade, Black Tea, Sweetened with Lite Ice. The nice lady that made my drink at this location hit the nail on the head. One of the best that I have had and if this location wasn’t a 2+ hour drive away from home I’d probably go back today for another!

As I always say in my suburban Starbucks reviews — I’m glad they’re here so I can’t complain too much… however: I was standing in line this morning and the guy making the coffee was taking and filling orders as quick as he could. The clown at the register was yapping away with a customer. The guy busting his hump hands her the drink ordered by the last person in her line and she turns to him and says — hey, you know your till works too. Wow — that’s ballsy!
