Stopped in to see if they happened to have a specific piece of jewelry for a piercing of mine. They did not have the style and color that I desired, so the man I spoke with offered to find what I was looking for in a catalogue and order it for me along with his next order. We looked through a catalogue and found what I was looking for. I then gave him my contact info and he said he would be in contact with me. Over a year later, and I was never contacted regarding the order I placed. Just grateful I did not pay for it in advance. It is poor business practice to blow off clients, even if just for a jewelry order. This location is receiving one star because it seemed to be quite clean.

I had a tattoo done here a number of years ago that I absolutely love. The overall experience seemed rather difficult, as the tattoo artist(who had done work on a friend of mine) wasn’t overly thrilled about what I’d asked him to do and I could tell. He didn’t want to do any ‘design’ work, it seemed, and overall was hard to get to commit to doing it for me… it took a number of phone calls before I could nail down a date to get it done, and after 2 weeks he hadn’t even started drawing what I’d asked(I’d brought in a printout of what I wanted, it wasn’t completely custom). However, being relatively inexperienced in the tattoo world, I didn’t know that this wasn’t a common thing and had it done anyway. It has held up well, and I am still pleased with the work that was done which is why I am giving this place 2 stars. Recently, I decided I wanted another tattoo… which like the first was meaningful to me. I stopped in one day on a whim to ask about it, and left annoyed and insulted. The guy at the desk(who never even told me his name or offered me a card) once again didn’t seem interested in doing what I asked, came up with a number of excuses as to why it couldn’t be done the way that I wanted it, and even said that doing what I had asked for would look(and I’m quoting) «retarded». When I left, I spoke to a few friends of mine who said they had also had similar experiences there and they had gone elsewhere. I have since went to another tattoo artist, who not only told me that it COULD be done, but even made some modifications to it that make it look even better than I had expected and it looks amazing. I will never, ever, recommend this place to anyone. By going somewhere else, I was able to get an awesome tattoo and I wasn’t treated like an idiot, which is more than I can say for this place.

This is a long overdue review. Back in 2010 I got a tattoo there that SUCKED. I tried calling/emailing etc and just got rudeness from the manager. It was a shaded star on my elbow that was supposed to match the one on the other elbow. The thickness of the line isn’t even close and the shading is super crap. They did nothing to fix the situation, just excuses about how tattoos heal etc. Considering I have over 10 tats I am aware of how they heal and poor tattooing is poor tattooing has NOTHING to do with how it heals. They should have at the very least offered a refund. I f*cking hate this tattoo still and still need to save money to have it removed or lightened enough to have a true professional to properly go over it.
