I took my brand new Nissan Rogue here after it suffered a dent in the paint from a rock on the highway or a construction vehicle. The turnaround was much quicker than expected, in fact I almost did not need a rental vehicle. Then I took my older Nissan Versa here because it was having a problem with the antenna. I brought a new part with me and they installed it the same day, saving me a lot of hassle taking out the headliner and doing a lot of work. These are things that the dealership would not even give me quotes for, let alone get back to me about. I was so impressed that I actually brought them a box of donuts the next day, something I don’t think I have ever done for a business before. Several months later, my Rogue suffered another ding in the hood, and again the dealership did not provide me with any assistance. Cole’s actually whipped up a batch of paint on the spot and not only touched up that area but also several other ones. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, and appreciate their professionalism and courtesy.

From the moment I called Cole’s in Clifton Park, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They explained the process to me and they took care of getting the rental vehicle for me to use. The workmanship was superior and they returned the car in an immaculate condition. Shawn, was great when I went to pick up my car. He went over everything that was done and he made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. I found the Cole’s experience to be a superior one. Very pleasant experience with Clinton Park Coles Colision. Quality of work and speed of service were as great as the price. Over all very satisfied and would recommend.

Customer service is pretty good, but the actual workmanship and quality is not. Had to return the car 3 times for them to get it right and also fix a scratch they put in the car, not even near where the accident occurred. I would actually have to return the car again because this tar substance keeps sticking to the window every time I roll it down then back up. But I won’t be returning to their business. Just gonna deal with it. I would not recommend them, even if your insurance company has a «deal» with them to be their repair shop. The car still isn’t right from the accident, guess it never will be, no thanks to Cole’s.
