Armstrong Appraisals was founded in 1951 by Robert M. Armstrong, MAI. In 1994, David Fontana joined Armstrong Appraisals as a staff appraiser and in 1997 purchased the business.

Armstrong Appraisals has experienced significant growth and change from its beginning in 1951 as a single-​appraiser office to its current multi-​appraiser office. Our multiple office locations have allowed Armstrong Appraisals to improve service to our residential clients throughout upstate and central New York areas. The use of the internet and new technologies aids in the quality and efficiency in the preparation and delivery of appraisal reports.

Our services include an array of valuation and consulting services. Our studies are detailed and involve analyses and services that go well beyond the normal levels of general valuation firms.
