This guy is the best. Very thorough, explains everything clearly, and most importantly, he is not out to rip you off! I once called a different hvac company, who’s rep took a look at my heater and insisted that it was irreparably broken, and started trying to sell me a new one. I decided to get some other estimates and when Chris came by, he took a look at the heater, tightened a valve, and suddenly the issue was resolved. To conclude, don’t call Horizon, call Chis Hanson!
