Omg Wonnie is a LIFE SAVER!!! I had originally bought another dress, at another store, where the alterations department screwed everything up. I’m getting married in 3 weeks and didn’t want to risk not having a dress so I decided to do a glance through at other stores and see what other options I had. Thank God I found For My Wedding on google and decided to stop by. When I walked in and explained to her my situation she felt my pain and right away started pulling out dresses that looked similar to my other dress. The first one she showed me was perfect! I fell in love instantly. She took my measurements told me how she was going to alter my dress and in only one week she made it perfect, INCREDIBLE!!! I am so grateful to her and her husband, they treat you like family! I wish I would have done this from the beginning and not have spent money in a «big name» store, just a waste. The treatment here is bar none! Totally recommend them, I am forever grateful to them!

Twice I bought dresses online for a wedding that were 2 sizes too big, and I did not have enough time to find something else. For My Wedding fixed both dresses to make it look like it was tailor made for me in such a short amount of time and for such a great price! Not only do they do a great job, they treat you with the utmost customer service and kindness! I can’t wait to one day buy my wedding dress and bridesmaids’ dresses here!

I had a great and wonderful experience at For My Wedding. I purchased an outside wedding dress 5 weeks before my wedding and it was too big and needed alterations. After much searching I found Wonnie and she was able to work magic with just 2 fittings and in less than 3 weeks. The dress fit perfectly and I was amazed on her workmanship and efficiency on my dress. I cannot thank her enough for my perfectly tailored dress.

I brought my wedding dress in for major alterations that I had purchased at another store in CA. Not being from the area, I searched for this store online. I was very nervous about getting it altered because my dress was fully beaded. They did a great job and in a pretty short amount of time. I had multiple fittings and each time, the dress looked better and better. I would highly recommend using For My Wedding for any alterations, especially if your dress takes skill to alter!

Wow! I went in for one fitting and came back to a seamless gown the following week… no tweaks needed! I accidentally bought a size 4 when I was a size 2… on top of that the length was super long. She made the dress fit like a glove and still keeping it super comfortable. The price was also very reasonable, which I was super happy about. Will definitely be going back to bring her all of my dresses!

I am so glad I found this shop. I had an awesome experience with Woni. I bought my wedding dress and my 5 bridesmaid dresses at this shop. Not only were the prices the best in the tristate area but, Woni also was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy for me! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone =)

I absolutely loved my experience at For My Wedding! They have a great selection at great prices AND (most importantly) they are so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. You can tell they have been in the business a long time and genuinely care about finding your perfect dress. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for this amazing store. I brought my wedding dress about a month before the big day, and I went in not knowing what to expect. I only went by what the other reviewers had mentioned from Unilocal.
I went in for only 2 fittings, and at my last fitting the dress fit like a glove. She has a way with altering the dress so that it fits you perfectly. I will from this point on bring in any dress that I need alterations done on. She made my dream come true by giving me the confidence to know that I would look just like how I wanted to look like for my big day!!! Thank you so much!!!

I have only great things to say about this place. Came here 2 years ago to alter my wedding dress which was very complex with tons of tool, feathers and length. I was so happy with the customer service. The owner really takes her time with you to make you very comfortable with every detail of your wedding dress. Everything was perfect. I definitely was a happy bride to be … This year I took my sister there to fix her bridesmaid dress for another wedding we had to attend and she provided us with the same detailed service as well. My bridesmaids dress was ordered from a store that is in a different state and ended up being about three sizes too big. The entire bodice needed to be reconstructed. I searched for a really long time for a place that was experienced in these kinds of alterations and am so happy that I chose to go to For My Wedding. Wonnie did a fantastic job on my dress. It fits perfectly now whereas it was falling off of me before and needed so much work. My mom also had her dress bottom cut here and it came out wonderful as well. I recommend this place to anyone that needs dress alterations. You won’t be disappointed!

I have never felt more disrespected in my life. Let me start off by saying that I have gone to Davind’s Bridal– a place (every person would agree) that has the worst customer service out there. I never would have thought that a small boutique that would want to make a sale can treat a customer as bad as For My Wedding did. I came in with my mom, my sister and my grandma to try on the dresses. I was greeted by a very rude asian woman who clearly was not happy to see us. She rushed my fitting, did not let me look at the dress for more than 2 minutes. She did not even want to help me get in and out of my dress, But the worst part of the experience was the fact that she just left in the middle of my appointment just because she had another asian bride come in, and she thought that she was more important than me. HOW RUDE! I left after only 20 minutes, almost in tears and I would recommend all of you to just stay away from this horrible place!

First off let me start by saying both of the owners are SO very sweet!
I am a MOH in my sisters wedding and we did not get our dresses there (regretfully) but a week before the wedding I went to try my dress on and it ripped! HOLY NIGHTMARE! Instead of dragging my dress the 45 minute drive I took to get the dress I remembered For My Wedding is literally 5 minutes from my house so I took it there crossing my fingers and toes they could help me with just a week left. I went in all stressed out and ready to freak out but let me tell you she made me feel SO much better. She calmed me down and convinced me that everything would be okay and told me to come back in 3 days.
I went back and the dress was PERFECT! It finally fit like a glove! I was so happy and so impressed by their work. Their price was reasonable and they seriously did an amazing job. I had to go back a second time just so she could fix the length as well since the first bridal store faired to recommend me shortening it so I did not trip. I am so glad she convinced me to cut it. The dress looks absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to wear it this weekend thanks to them!
I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody who asks. I am already married but hoping to renew my vows in 5 years so they better still be around when it’s my turn to pick a gown again :)

This place is the best! My sister got her moh dress here and I brought my wedding gown here after a botched job at another alteration place. They gave me weekly fittings and fixed my dress to perfection! I highly recommend FMW for all your gown and alteration needs!
